We’ve been living here for almost 4 years, and we truly love calling this place home! We are still very happy living here and have no plans to leave — we genuinely feel comfortable and completely satisfied with our experience.
One of the things we appreciate most is the management team. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful. Whenever we have a question, concern, or maintenance request, they are responsive and make sure everything is taken care of. It really makes a difference knowing that you can always reach out to management and they will do their best to help.
A special thank you to Adam! He is absolutely wonderful — always kind, attentive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He genuinely cares about the residents and always makes sure our requests and concerns are addressed. We really appreciate everything he does!
Almost four years later, we are just as happy to live here as we were when we first moved in. We feel at home here and look forward to continuing to be part of this community for many more years❤️
I don’t live in this building; I’m a neighbor, and I pass by here often on my way to the gym. It’s honestly disgraceful to see this area covered with mattresses, couches, broken furniture, and piles of trash, turning the sidewalk into a dirty, unsafe, and unpleasant space for the entire neighborhood. As the photos clearly show, these discarded items end up being used as places to sleep right outside the building, while management allows the situation to continue as if it were normal. This is not compassion or social assistance—it’s neglect, lack of control, and complete irresponsibility toward the community. If this is how they treat the surrounding neighborhood and the people who live nearby, I can only imagine how they respond to the concerns of their own tenants. A responsible management company should keep its property and the surrounding area clean, safe, and free of this kind of buildup—not contribute to the deterioration of the city.
I just recently moved to the building and the way I am so OBSESSED M. I love the Amenities. They have 2 peloton bikes that I use regularly. The pool is BEAUTIFUL. I love my apartment and the maintenance team is right on time, thorough and very kind. The property manager ADAM is a GEM and he does what he can to make his resident feel seen and happy. If you want to move here, plz do yourself a favor and JUST DO IT !

I attempted to rent here and although it didn’t work out as planned I want to shout out Ariya C for being the best leasing consultant I’ve came across in a long time. She was patient, kind and an overall delight to work with.

I currently live at 1724 Highland and want to share my honest experience.
The biggest issue here is security. Yes, there is a security guard, but he is usually on his phone with headphones and not really paying attention. There have already been serious incidents — for example, a resident had their car stolen from the “secured” parking (P3). This makes it very stressful to leave your car there. The gates are also frequently broken and often left open. What is even more concerning is that there are no cameras in the parking garage, even though the property is advertised as secure.
The leasing office is another weak point. One of the staff members is friendly, but unfortunately doesn’t seem informed — she often says she will pass along requests, but nothing ever happens. Another staff member, is responsible for handling issues, but communication is very difficult. He is also consistently rude and unapproachable — it often feels like he does not want to communicate at all. Whenever you try to talk to him, he clearly looks annoyed and unwilling to help. Questions are constantly delayed, and everything gets pushed to a manager who is almost impossible to reach. The application process took much longer than expected, and even now, any issue requires multiple follow-ups and reminders.
On the positive side, the maintenance staff is excellent. The technician who comes to fix things is very professional, respectful, and efficient — always wearing shoe covers and resolving issues quickly. Also, the cleaning staff does a great job keeping common areas clean, including elevators and shared spaces.
Amenities like the pool, gym, and common areas are generally clean and well-maintained, so no major complaints there.
Overall, the main concerns are security and management. A “secured” parking garage without cameras is unacceptable, especially considering past incidents. Installing proper cameras and improving management responsiveness would make a huge difference.
