  Did two day passes because my internet was out and had a great experience. Jordan assisted me both days and gave excellent customer service, was friendly, and very helpful. The common areas can get loud once in awhile but there are 3 floors to choose from, and plenty of options, including "phone booths" to have your own private space for meetings/calls. The amenities are nice, loved they had free lattes, nitro cold brew on tap, and pizza on Friday. I agree with another review that the booth table heights are awkwardly tall but all the other abundant spaces to work were fine. The only two downside I felt 1) Day passes should be allow to come in earlier than 8 am so we can be set up to host/attend 8 am meetings 2) The $16 a day parking drastically adds to the total cost of the day which was a bummer or I'd consider a monthly pass I enjoyed working there so much

  WeWork Long Beach is a fantastic spot for anyone needing a productive and well-located workspace. While the space itself may not have the flashy design of some other locations, it more than makes up for it with practicality, great amenities, and an unbeatable community team. Emily and Oscar from the Community team deserve special recognition—they are absolutely brilliant. Proactive, approachable, and always ready to help, they ensure that everything runs seamlessly, making the experience here incredibly positive. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown Long Beach, with convenient parking options and a range of nearby cafes and restaurants. Whether you need coffee, tea, or just a welcoming space to focus, this WeWork delivers what you need to get things done. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and community-driven workspace!

  What a great place to get work done. The staff were super helpful and kind and conference rooms were clean with modern furnishings. I was super impressed that the wifi was strong as I went through my back to back meetings. Location was also optimal for getting food close by. Would highly recommend as a place to work if one wants to be comfortable and productive.

  Don’t move your business here. They will scam you by offering very low introductory rates and then slowly raise the rate up $600 or more over a 2 year span. And when you move out, they will fabricate new policies that prevent you from moving out properly and won’t give back you’re security deposit. I emailed support and they said they already sent the security deposit. I never received it. Will be going to small claims

  ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ if there was an option for red flags it would be 5🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Absolutely the most horrible customer service I've ever gotten in any place! It seems like I'm not the only person who's had this experience, but honestly if you are looking for an office place or a work place.. DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE!! I came in and asked for information in the conference room and the girl in the front along with some dark skin dude! seemed like they were more interested to be on their phones then helping me or showing me the facility! she gave me this lousy paper and had a poor attitude and didn't really even seem like she wanted to help us or give us information! all she did is pulled out a paper and prety much said figure it out. I don't recommend this place to anyone!
