  I was approved for an apartment- went to go move in yesterday after feeling as if I went through an audit. I was informed I passed the credit part. Pulled up to pick up keys and move my first load in. Only to be further scrutinized concerns about my bill to Rush and details (in that they violated my HIPPA) then informed my credit was good enough. I said I am disabled from Cancer journey trying to recover my life. I have a little amount I receive monthly. The interest kept rising, food prices, I sold my car (Mobil home) people treated me like nothing. All because I got sick (so life recovery) while working says a lot about greed.

  Scotland Yard apartments are infested with bed bugs,roaches and rats.This review is about the Scotland Yard located at 4215 N Broadway, Chicago, IL 60613 United States.Avanath Scotland Yard,LLC is a HUD managed property.HUD didn't do anything to stop these building code violations.Scotland Yard landlord keeps placing the "Elevator is Out of Service"note hoping that this problem will magically disappear on its own.Apparently, the floor/wall is super thin because I can literally hear every footstep of my upstairs neighbors.It sounds like loud thuds that echo around my bedroom.Maintenance whose name is Phil doesn't do a proper fix and then the landlord gaslights the tenants to convince them that nothing is wrong to begin with. Scotland Yard maintenance always blocks the property with junk and stolen shopping carts.Scotland Yard property is infested with rats, roaches and bed bugs.Poorly maintained property. Avoid this place like a plague.All these stolen shopping carts should be removed from the Scotland Yard property.Landlord refuses to report about these incidents with stolen shopping carts to Police.Landlord refuses to provide the footage from his video cameras to Chicago Police.Scotland Yard landlord illegally allows the tenants to keep their stolen shopping carts in Scotland Yard buildings.This is strictly illegal.Bikes should be stored in in the bike room,in the basement.Tenants don't follow these rules and they keep their bikes outside.Tenants always keep their garbage on the balcony.Their garbage attracts rats.Sanitation code violation for city of Chicago.Your service request has been submitted, and your number is SR26-00914304

  Don’t recommend this property to anyone. Currently infested with roaches by people they’re just moving in and not caring about it. The inside is being neglected while the outside landscaping is the best part. The two bedrooms are occupied by single people with dogs instead of the people with children that need it. Management doesn’t care about anything but money, they switch managers every 6 months to a year. The elevators are never working, down months at a time, causing elderly to get help by fire departments all the time, causing people to not be able to grocery shop and carry necessary things into their apartment.
