- DRDebbie De La ReeAug 17, 20265.0I recently moved here and I love these apartments. We have a pool, which is great for hot weather. The office staff is attentive and on top of things. I couldn't think of a better place to live. We are close to 3 shopping centers. How convenient. Charles Houde helped us get into here. He and Dasha are awesome. Love it here.
- WFWe Speak FireAug 12, 20261.0The only reason why this apartment complex has four star reviews is because after a maintenance request is fulfilled, the maintenance team will ask the residents to complete a review online. Also, once you move in, you’ll receive an email asking for a positive review. Purchasing a car cover won’t stop the roaches from getting into your car. The garages have a severe roach infestation. Be conscious of the paint chips on the hardwood floors. You may be exposing yourself to lead. Whenever a resident moves out all they do is slap a new coat of paint on the walls to hide the mold. Be safe everyone. FYI, if you receive a notification from the city of Long Beach, asking to perform an inspection in your apartment, do not ignore it. Allow them to inspect your unit. Hold these slum lords accountable! Good luck!
- MOMeditate On This OneAug 12, 20261.0If you are a college student at Cal State Long Beach, please do not apply to live at this apartment building. There are roaches inside of the carport and the roaches will get inside of your car. Hopefully you get an open car space outside of a carport. If you park your car on the street, the car theft and car break in rate is extremely high the apartment complex hired a patrol team however, that does not seem to stop the car break-ins.
