- CPChanelle PleasantJun 10, 20261.0There is a rodent and insect infestation even after pest control treats the area. The complex has been undergoing construction for several months from 8am- 4pm. During this construction period amenities that are paid for in the lease ie parking spaces, carport storage, and the patio spaces are all taken away while the rent steadily increases. It’s crazy to pay full price for a unit and not have access to utilize the entirety of the unit for months. This has become a huge inconvenience. The owners of this property lack consideration for the tenants.
