  I’ve been living at Aster for a year now and I can genuinely say I’ve had such a great experience here! The building is beautiful, the amenities are always well maintained and I especially love the gym, pool area, and all the resident events. They really make it feel like a community and not just an apartment building! One of the best parts about living here has definitely been the management team. Ever since Sophia and Martin joined, I’ve noticed such a positive difference. Sophia is truly amazing at what she does! She’s always so warm, welcoming and helpful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she’s always been incredibly responsive and makes sure everything gets taken care of. She really makes you feel valued and at home here. Martin has also been wonderful always friendly, professional, responsive and happy to help. Together, they’ve created such a welcoming environment and you can really tell they care about the community. I also have to give a shoutout to the security team! They’re always friendly and attentive and they do a great job making the building feel safe and secure. It’s really nice knowing they’re around and looking out for everyone. Maintenance has also been great and requests are always handled quickly. The common areas are kept clean, and honestly everyone I’ve interacted with on the Aster team has been kind and helpful. I’m really happy I chose Aster as my home and have loved living here this past year. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, modern apartment with great amenities and, most importantly, an amazing team behind it!!! :)

  Our experience moving to Aster has been a seamless and pleasant experience. Martin was by with us each step of the way and quite frankly his service really made the process feel smooth and welcoming. I would definitely recommend working with Martin, customer service is unmatched. he’s not only interpersonal but he’s very knowledgeable and supportive through the process. Thank you Martin, we are so happy and pleased with our experience and elated to be apart of the Aster community 🌸🤍

  I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Aster in Long Beach. The building has such a fun and welcoming community feel, and the team does a great job creating experiences for residents. They recently hosted a pool party, and it was such a good time! The staff is also always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It’s been nice living somewhere that feels lively, social, and easy to call home.

  I had a great experience living in the Aster. My neighbors were lovely. Of course in any building complex, you’ll get the noisy ones or the ones who can’t seem to understand you are not allowed to smoke on your balcony. But overall, the people living in the community were good in my book. The amenities are great! I used the BBQ once a week and friends enjoyed the club room and big screen tv to watch the Super Bowl, Go Birds!! As far as management, this changeover to Martin and Sophia was exactly what the building needed. Sophia is a ray of sunshine and Martin, gets things done, at least for me. He was extremely helpful when I needed him to be and was transparent during a tough situation with a fellow tenant. If I didn’t need to move, I would have stayed longer!
