  We have lived from down south to up North , the manager and the maintenance department are on it, Saar Anthony and James are there when you need them. It’s a great team the schools are pretty good as well. Be respectful and dont be loud and pay your rent and you’ll be ok. This place is a nice place to be.

  Saar, Ricardo, and James have been a beacon of staff that cares about their role and the tenants. They have an amazing way to make each tenant feel special and of importance. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to be with Monday through Friday

  I recently stayed at these apartments for the past 6 months. Lovely neighbors. Great for if you have pets. Clean pools. Also if you have any maintenance issues they are quick to fix any problems you may have. Managers are easy to work with and they also keep up with the maintenance outside. Laundry and washers are available if you do not wish to have a washer and dryer in your apartment. It’s also stocked with food and appliances from people that move out which can be great coming in. However, the apartments cater mostly to people with 1 car. Most available spots are only open in the morning time but still great apartments and great management overall!

  I have lived here for over a year and I absolutely love this place. The manager Kelley is absolutely friendly and caring. I would recommend Rivers Edge Apts here in LODI to friends. The maintenance crew are wonderful. They keep the property well maintained. The only issue is parking. There is no place for friends to park. If you park in the parking lot across the street you will definitely get towed. My sons car got towed a few days ago. But overall I enjoy living here.
