  Great quiet place to live in a perfect location only a few minutes walk from downtown. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Freddy, the service manager, for all his help (replaced my microwave in 5 minutes)!

  Such a beautiful community. Close to everything. The office staff and maintenance team is outstanding and they do a bunch of fun things for residents. The gym and pool are updated, clean, and well maintained. Would highly recommend this community!!

  Darren the Office Manager, and his Team Daisy, Hailee,and The Service Technicians, all do a great job in making you feel like you are an extension of their families. This is a very kind and considerate Group, and I can appreciate their follow through on everything. I have lived here at Mill Springs Park for 8 1/2 years, and for now will continue. Thanks, Teresa

  I love this property, it is so lush and beautiful!!! It’s a quiet and nice community. I love all the places to go within walking distance. Right in downtown so much fun stuff to do, including one of my personal fav spots- Sauced!!. It’s a clean and well maintained place also. Staff is super friendly, helpful and just all around good people!
