  Smoke coming into my apartment from adjacent tenant. Reported issue to management. Still no response. Can't keep windows open during a heatwave. Supposed to be a non-smoking community. Mail boxes were compromised months ago and still no fix. Don't bother trying to contact them. Don't plan on renewing lease with this lack of communication.

  There is no one that answers the phone it’s unacceptable I can’t believe the type of management they have here. I have been trying to get in touch with the front desk for over 2 weeks now no one calls back, they are charging me for renters insurance when I already provided the documents that I already have the coverage, I wish I would’ve read the reviews I have lived here for less than a month and already regret it! My washer went out. This is the 3rd time they visits and the washer has an error again! Update: I did call and guess what no response just the AI answer, I left multiple notes to receive a call and nothing if I could break this lease I 100% would this is ridiculous

  I just moved in a short while ago and have been very happy with my apartment! The apartment grounds are well kept, and they were able to prepare a unit for me to move into within a week, while they were busy performing annual inspections! Yolanda and the team are very nice, and you can tell they really care about making sure residents have a great experience. I would highly recommend checking out Diablo Vista if you are looking for a new place to call home.

  I have lived at Diablo Vista for 2 1/2 years and we are very happy with them. We recently got washer dryer units installed in our unit which was installed by LEK, they did a fantastic job. They were so great, I thought it was going to be a huge ordeal, loud, messy, they cleaned everything up at the end of the day, everyday, it really wasn’t a disruption to our daily lives at all. I’m so impressed with how smooth everything went. And our washer dryer unit is perfect. The apartment complex is great, everything being remodeled and upgraded. Perfect location, nice and quiet. Best complex in Livermore! So happy we found this place!
