  This is the third attempt to tour the apartments. The first two I made the appointment only to be called on that day with someone telling me there was nothing available. The third time and AI bot texted me and told me what specific apartments were available and set up a third appointment. When I arrived the office was closed with a lock on the outside door and the sign said they would be back in an hour. I texted a photo of the sign to the number that set up the appointment and the AI bot said glad you're there just go to the leasing office and someone will help. I explained that I was there and no one is here and the door is locked but the AI bot didn't seem to understand that no one was there and kept telling me to go to the office. I called and got an AI bot on the phone that gave me predetermined answers to my complaints that no one was there and I just ended up in a circle conversation with the bot. They lost a 15 month lease because of this. IDK how many people this has happened to but just WOW.

  I absolutely love living at Harvest in Tracy. The community is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful, and they always make me feel welcome. The maintenance team is also very responsive whenever something needs to be fixed. I really appreciate the beautiful amenities and I’m very happy to call Harvest my home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, and the property manager Sierra is friendly, responsive, and professional. One of my favorite amenities is the pool—it's always clean and provides a relaxing place to unwind. The fitness center is also a huge plus, with a good variety of equipment that makes it easy to stay active without leaving the community. The grounds are kept in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with great amenities.

  My family and I have had a wonderful experience living at Diablo Vista Apartments. My husband and I have been residents for the past 8 years, and before us, my parents and siblings also lived here for almost 10 years. That alone says a lot about how much we love this community. The management team has always been friendly, approachable, and helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. They truly care about their residents and work hard to maintain a welcoming environment. The community is clean, peaceful, and safe, and the amenities are well maintained. We appreciate how comfortable and enjoyable it is to live here. After so many years, Diablo Vista Apartments has become more than just a place to live—it has truly become our home. We are grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Smoke coming into my apartment from adjacent tenant. Reported issue to management. Still no response. Can't keep windows open during a heatwave. Supposed to be a non-smoking community. Mail boxes were compromised months ago and still no fix. Don't bother trying to contact them. Don't plan on renewing lease with this lack of communication.
