My husband and I are first time home buyers and we’re so happy Jodi and her team helped us through the process. Jodi made us feel confident and she answered any questions we had in a professional and efficient way. Any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. She always checked in with us which I really appreciated and she was available when we needed her. Jodi is our girl so when we need any thing real estate related we’ll go straight to her. We highly recommend Jodi and Palisade Realty. 10/10

Jodie was absolutely amazing! As a first time homebuyer using my VA home loan, I really didn’t know what to expect from the home buying process, but she was patient, supportive, and made the entire experience so much easier What I appreciated most about Jodie was that she actually listened to us. Every time we went out to look at houses, she paid attention to what we liked and didn’t like. She would take that feedback and fin tune the next round of homes she showed us.You could really tell that she wasn’t just trying to sell us a house she wanted to help us find the RIGHT house. There were even times when she thought she had found the perfect home for us, but we would see something we didn’t like or change our minds about what we wanted. She never once made us feel pressured or frustrated. She would simply say, “It’s okay, we’ll keep looking,” and she meant it. In the end, Jodie helped me find a beautiful home that had everything I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so grateful for how patient she was throughout the entire process and how much effort she put into making sure I found a home I truly loved. I would 100% recommend Jodie to anyone looking for a realtor, especially first time homebuyers or veterans using a VA home loan. She truly made my first home buying experience a great one!
