  I would like to express my gratitude to Mrs Kim for providing an excellent service and help during the move in process and beyond. Mrs Kim is the person who I can always rely on and who can get things done fast. The apartment we got was in nice quality and it’s pretty quiet here

  Friendly and positive environment. It is a gated community. There are a lot of stores and restaurants surrounding the area so there wont be an issue picking a spot to eat. The Manager, miss kimber Fahey was a great help aswell, we’ve had to move around the complex about 2 different times and she made it quick and easy. If you are considering moving in, speak with Kim for an easy move in.

  Kim has been absolutely amazing! She is welcoming, professional and always willing to help. She genuinely wants residents to have a great experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedication! Thank you Kim!

  Kim is AMAZING and simply thee BEST!!! She is always helpful, attentive and quick to address needs and concerns. She makes calling Hillside Terrace home so much better! I am so glad that she is the Assistant Manager here. She really cares! Thank you for everything you do Kim! You are truly appreciated!!!

  I was a resident for 4 years and it was a great experience. The property manager Kim is incredibly helpful and is always wanting to help. The area is busy with plenty of things around to quickly go to. The property is nice and well maintained. They are always out everyday doing maintenance to keep the complex as clean as possible. The flexibility with the property manager is amazing as well. It’s definitely worth making the move and getting to experience a well maintained and respectful complex with a great property manager
