  Kim is AMAZING and simply thee BEST!!! She is always helpful, attentive and quick to address needs and concerns. She makes calling Hillside Terrace home so much better! I am so glad that she is the Assistant Manager here. She really cares! Thank you for everything you do Kim! You are truly appreciated!!!

  I was a resident for 4 years and it was a great experience. The property manager Kim is incredibly helpful and is always wanting to help. The area is busy with plenty of things around to quickly go to. The property is nice and well maintained. They are always out everyday doing maintenance to keep the complex as clean as possible. The flexibility with the property manager is amazing as well. It’s definitely worth making the move and getting to experience a well maintained and respectful complex with a great property manager

  I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Genuinely the best apartment I’ve lived in! The staff is super nice and accommodating. I really have no complaints. Been here for three years now!

  The apartments are affordable and spacious plus Ms.Kim who works in the leasing office is absolutely helpful whenever something comes up.

  Kim is amazing! Me and my buddy moved to Hillside this month and we love our place. Kim got us dialed in the day we came here. She was super responsive and helped us so much with tours, questions and being super transparent about the place. Honest, helpful and our place is the best around SD for the price! Thanks Kim.
