  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of the current apartment manager, Kevin and the new management staff. After the change in management, I noticed a significant improvement in the way the property was operated and how residents were treated. Throughout my move-out process, the manager has been professional, respectful, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They handled questions promptly, communicated clearly, and made what can often be a stressful experience much easier. It was clear they cared about both the property and the residents. Good management makes a tremendous difference, and I believe this manager deserves recognition for the positive changes they have brought to the community. Although I am moving out, I wanted to express my appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and professionalism. I wish the manager and the entire team continued success.

  I Tony Franklin love where I live I have no problem with the maintenance of management at all they are excellent workers here when I need things done I have no problem getting it done I am very much Happy with Karin, Janine, and Kevin.

  I’ve Been Living Here For A Month Now & I’m Loving It !!! My Daughter Met Lots Of Friends Here. The Manager Kevin Is So Cool & Very Friendly. Come To The Village Pointe & He’ll Get You Right In These Beautiful Apartments You Won’t Be Disappointed At All. 💯🫶🏽🫶🏽🔐

  Mr.Kevin and ms.janine is the real deal Holyfield it was a long process but Janine was with us every step of the way helping us and I appreciate her for that.both are great and very friendly and help us with any questions and concerns we had.
