  I've used PMI Antelope Valley for commercial management services for four years and they provide outstanding service. Their online reporting system makes tracking financials effortless. Their responsiveness and overall expertise in managing commercial rental properties are superb. They save me time and give me peace of mind.

  I always have the best experience with Allyson/ Elissa I get the names mixed up, it’s the one thats been their the longest from PMI. She makes sure the entire process is smooth and stress-free, she makes sure I have everything I need. She answered all of my questions and was always patient, thorough, efficient and helpful—even when I felt like I was asking a lot. Her professionalism and kindness really made the experience positive. I enjoy communicating with Allyson 5 stars for sure! Thank you, Allyson,/ Elissa for being so great at what you do. In addition PMI sends out the BEST maintenance technicians I have ever dealt with compared to other property management companies in Antelope Valley . Hands down. I feel taken care of like I would if my dad was here fixing something for me. I know the job will be done the way it should. The quality of work deserves more than 5 stars with the consistency the maintenance technicians brings every time. PMI is a wonderful property management company. I’m pleased. Thank you! This is an update. It’s Elisa. Let’s just say the one with two l in her name that’s been their longest from my day of stay. Update 6/4/2026 I wanted to provide an updated review for PMI Property Management of Antelope Valley. I previously left a positive review, but after my recent experience, I felt it was important to update it and express my appreciation once again. During the process of moving, I unfortunately injured my back, which made completing everything on time extremely difficult. Elissa and Allyson, and the PMI Property Management team showed me kindness, patience, and understanding during a very stressful time. Their willingness to work with me and give me additional time made a significant difference. As an African American woman, I have not always experienced the best customer service from property management companies in the past. Because of that, I especially appreciate being treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Elissa took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and treat me with dignity throughout the process. Moving can be overwhelming, and when unexpected health issues arise, it can become even more challenging. I am truly grateful for the understanding and support that was shown to me. Thank you, Elissa and Allyson and thank you to PMI Property Management of Antelope Valley for your professionalism and excellent customer service.   I have been with PMI since 2017 I had went through a Devastating financial issue and Harris and his staff were wonderful to me. Gave me a chance. I’ll never forget them. I deal a lot with Allison And she is always kind and patient and answers any questions that I have and gets right on any issues that I have I really appreciate this company not only are they top-notch but they are also residence here so
