  I always have the best experience with Allyson from PMI. She makes sure the entire process is smooth and stress-free, she makes sure I have everything I need. She answered all of my questions and was always patient, thorough, efficient and helpful—even when I felt like I was asking a lot. Her professionalism and kindness really made the experience positive. I enjoy communicating with Allyson 5 stars for sure! Thank you, Allyson, for being so great at what you do. In addition PMI sends out the BEST maintenance technicians I have ever dealt with compared to other property management companies in Antelope Valley . Hands down. I feel taken care of like I would if my dad was here fixing something for me. I know the job will be done the way it should. The quality of work deserves more than 5 stars with the consistency the maintenance technicians brings every time. PMI is a wonderful property management company. I’m pleased. Thank you!

  I have been with PMI since 2017 I had went through a Devastating financial issue and Harris and his staff were wonderful to me. Gave me a chance. I’ll never forget them. I deal a lot with Allison And she is always kind and patient and answers any questions that I have and gets right on any issues that I have I really appreciate this company not only are they top-notch but they are also residence here so

  During opening hours, they won't even let you in the building. The doors are locked.. Very rude and condescending towards customers, especially allison

  They violate your First Amendment right by hanging up the phone due to frustration that they caused can't even obtain a reasonable compromise instead more frustration thanks to the inability of Allison not knowing the difference between personal and work-related issues I find PMI distasteful an unprofessional towards veterans and I will not be using them in the near future as it seems as though they don't care about business or the well being of our Veterans
