  If you're thinking about moving here, because of the subsidies, or due to the fact that it's new....don't! They're very lazy here on the townhouse side, I'm assuming they're not like this on the apartment side. But, here where the townhouse are, they're lazy, and cheap! The office is always closed, however they keep accepting people's packages, so you have to wait until whenever they decide to open. Never know what time that will be, or if there'll even open on this side at all from day to day. So, your package that they accepted, is just locked in there. And, instead of them taking it to the mail room, which is connected, they just leave it locked up. Whenever they are in the office, they're "on lunch"! Every time! It never fails! The randomly put dumpsters in the middle of the grounds, trash is everywhere. You have to contact them in order for it to be cleaned. Why do we have to do that??! They actually rented out these places to people, and don't have pest control! They're too cheap to pay for pest control, in Lancaster in 100 degree weather! My husband and I have been here for a couple of months and we have gone through so many different 1 gallon bottles of bug spray! My back has been aching from having to spray my house every single day! There's infestation of every bug, but mainly silverfish! They're relentless! And, we've been fighting them on our own, because in this beautiful place, they have no pest control! Which is quite odd to me, because these apartments have been here and I'm sure they have pest control on that side, so why don't they have a contract for this side?! I've been so grossed out by the bugs that I don't even want to be here anymore. It's gross! They're all over my house, and even on my furniture. I've never seen anything like it! I've had roaches, ants, spiders, huge water bugs, and at least 15- 20 silverfish on a daily basis! Save yourself the time, and energy. Honestly, the subsidies aren't worth it!

  Leasing Agent Ashley was very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. She was professional & answered all my questions with patience. The grounds were nicely manicured & amenities were many. The actual apt was beautiful & spacious. Although I was not planning on moving to the Antelope Valley, I am seriously considering it now.
