  Brand new, beautifully built, great staff. But there is alot that is not to be desired. Internet issues. The internet randomly drops out and you have to use frontier. Poor HVAC. The air doesn't blow to half of the unit maintenance can't fix the issue. very little hot water even after calling maintenance to turn up the hot water heater. Its like showering in a hotel. Water is barely warm and doesnt stay warm for long. overflowing trash there isnt enough trash bins for all the units so the trash is constantly overflowing. Finally, something is always broken. New construction with alot of kinks that have yet to be worked out.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living at these apartments so far. The community is well maintained, and the staff has been kind and professional. I especially want to recognize Jeff, the maintenance supervisor on site. He is always quick to respond to maintenance requests, very professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear he cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Having reliable maintenance makes such a difference, and his prompt communication and efficiency are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeff, for all that you do!

  This is a great place to live. The team in the office is amazing and the maintenance team is the best. I highly recommend living here.

  Thank you Amanda, Yanelly and Jeff for always going above and beyond! Communication is instant and seamless. If an issue comes up they quickly resolve it. Highly recommend moving here! The best and most professional leasing team I’ve come across.

You ALL made the move stress-free, easy, and convenient! I appreciate your encouragement, excellent communication, patience, encouragement and support (amidst my tears - lol!) through the entire process. The complex, amenities and my place are wonderful!
