  Lived here for one year. Pipes burst multiple times causing them to force us to allow reciprocal access to the unit for days at a time to remove parts of our walls and cielings in our bathrooms and kitchen while our dog was dying and were extremely difficult in agreeing to provide any form of compensation for this. They literally had toilet water from the upstairs unit leaking directly onto our toilet making our bathroom unusable for days and requiring us to spend time and resources cleaning up toilet water and made us argue back and forth with them for days only for them to offer a $50 credit toward rent and nothing else, specificying they wouldn't offer a credit again even if another pipe burst causing the unit to be less than what we were paying for. We have not lived here for 5 months now and now we are recieving accusatory phone calls in regards to a random car being towed today somehow being linked to a code they provided us to set up our parking passes... so a code we used one time 17 months ago is still active and able to be used with your towing company and is still linked to our names when we haven't lived there for 5 months and you want to call and blame us for your offices incompetence? The office staff here is a nightmare they were rude time and time again when they were singlehandedly causing problems for us and we were simply not silent about it. NOT TO MENTION WE HAD ROACHES IN THE UNIT WHEN WE MOVED IN AND THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO COORDINATE A SPRAY WITH OTHER UNITS IN THE BUILDING WHEN WE LET THEM KNOW. WHEN WE SCHEDULED A SPRAY THEY DID NOT TALK TO ANY OTHER TENANTS IN THE BUILDING AND ROACHES WERE BACK IN OUR UNIT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE SPRAY.

  Edward was very polite. I walked in without an appointment. He didn’t waste any time. He got my information and took me to tour the apartment that best fit my needs.
