  The customer service I received from Robby was above and beyond as he attempted to resolve my urgent issue and not one person in this company was responding. 5 stars to Robby but negative stars to this company

  Where do I begin? If only I could rate negative stars. Why pay HOA fees when they leave you out to dry when you actually need them? Absolute horrible experience with this HOA. Extremely unresponsive. When you call them for help with your property, it's routed to a call center who creates a ticket, and this HOA's team closes it within hours. It's marked as complete yet there is NO solution, NO communication and NO plan in place. After talking to neighbors, we now know our property issues are multi-property issues. It's affecting our entire community. Neighbors and I tried to join the monthly board meeting. Zoom meeting links and meeting times are posted on our TownSquare app. My neighbors noted that in the past, they've tried to join general board meetings and they were never admitted into the Zoom meeting. So.. are these meetings even taking place?

  I'm very happy to have PCM back, and just to be clear Verna answered the phone in a very professional way, and she promised to fix the mess that the other property created while they were managing our community for only 6 month, I guess make sense to go back to PCM. Thank you, I'm waiting for you to fix it lol
