  I’ve had my property managed near Lake Gregory in Crestline for the past 2 years. Susan has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely on top of things. Communication is clear, follow-through is solid, and she handles issues efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth. It’s obvious she actually cares about doing things the right way, which is rare and appreciated.   Seamless vacation rental experience! We so enjoyed our visit to Lake Arrowhead! The staff enabled us to rent a wonderful home and were eager to assist. Brenda was warm and welcoming to us when we checked in for the key. The owners of the home provided a spotless location that we fit us perfectly. We will return very soon. Thank you!
