  Los apartamentos estan bien,buen espacio me gustan lo que no me gusta que son muy estrictos no te sientas como en tu hogar te da miedo ya tener algo en el porche

  The Maintenance team and particularly Sal are great, always arrive in quick time from the submitted request and do a fantastic job of solving the problem

  Pointe Niguel Apartments staff refuse to do anything about illegally parked vehicles in front of garages and even in the "no parking fire zones" throughout the daytime. It's only after 10pm can you call Patrol One service to remove illegally parked cars. It's as if the staff believes emergencies only happen after 10pm when they're not around. The illegally parked vehicles are constantly in the way of moving traffic navigating throughout the complex, a hinderance to postal service, delivery truck's, and more importantly fire and emergency vehicles in the event of an emergency. It's horrible that people will illegally park for hours, and not be loading or unloading with hazard lights flashing, but it happens every day because the maintenance and staff will drive by in their golf carts and do nothing about it. If an illegally parked vehicle is reported during the day, it won't matter if the vehicle's license plate is not "registered" on their system. They staff will just let it sit and be everyone else's problem. This is an ongoing pointed out issue. I challenge Pointe Niguel Apartments to do something already!

  Great customer support and also the maintenance crew is excellent.. I feel very secure at this place. Large rooms and plenty of street parking.

  Floor areas within the bathroom and the coat closet are still raised. The vinyl flooring needs to be more securely attached.
