  We had an amazing tour at Pointe Niguel! Cinthya was incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and genuinely friendly—she made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. We absolutely loved the community and the apartment we chose- definitely feels like home. We can’t wait to move in! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new home.

  I had an outstanding experience at the leasing office, thanks to Anna. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and the process was seamless. I truly appreciate her support, and I highly recommend this office!

  -too many smokers -new dog park full of teenagers running around -dog nuisance everywhere I tried to place a work order for our apartment, walked in to the office and the guy there said that it has to be done online, I asked him if he could take the order since I was already there and he was not doing but checking his phone, his answer was we don't work that way here..
