  Apartment living can be hard. But Tara genuinely makes it easier. The maintenance crew is also top tier. Despite some challenges I still am happy to call this place home.

  I had an amazing experience at Niguel Summit thanks to Dulce and Tara. From the moment I moved in, Dulce was always welcoming, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond every time I reached out and truly made me feel like more than just a tenant. Tara was equally supportive and professional — whenever something needed to be handled, she made sure it was taken care of. Even when I had to make the difficult decision to move out due to personal circumstances, they both treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about them. If you're considering Niguel Summit, know that the management team truly cares about their residents. Thank you Dulce and Tara for everything!

  From the very beginning, Dulce made us feel incredibly welcome. She was so accommodating, especially when it came to our dog, which meant a lot to us and immediately set a positive tone. This apartment community is truly beautiful, in a great spot of Laguna Niguel that’s close to the beach and everyday conveniences. The grounds are always maintained, and you can tell there’s real pride in keeping everything looking its best. What really stands out is the staff and maintenance team. They consistently make sure residents are happy and taken care of. The amenities are also a big plus. There's a convenient gym, thoughtful touches like dog treats in the office, and fun extras like movie snacks, coffee, and occasional food trucks. Everything feels well-organized, clean, and thoughtfully managed. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-kept place to call home. We enjoyed our time here. Thank you for everything.
