  We got our apartment 3 days later than our moving date because they were still working on it on our actual moving date (the date the contract said) and since I’ve moved in I’ve had maintenance in my apartment doing all kinds of work every day because the apartment wasn’t quite ready, even tho they took 3 extra days.
