  Arrogant staff who acts like you’re the worker and they are doing you a favor whenever you go to them to fix something. You get lucky with a response if it’s after their office hours even tho they sell you that they have a emergency line. African size roaches everywhere outside going up the walls sometimes getting inside the house if you leave a door or window open. I saw a rat climbing up my wall the other night. They always do a cheap and fast hack to fix your issue and you’ll be back in the same spot weeks later when it fails again. You can hear the ventilator of the other room all the way from your bed. No insulation on the walls i bet. The pools are old and cracked the plaster will cut you feet. Nasty neighbors will key your car or call a tow on you whenever but no one tells them anything when they do the same stuff. Rent increased every year but the apartments are falling apart rotten balcony’s I mean come take a look and don’t let them show you their one clean apartment for show. Also good luck getting parking on the street after 3 any day

  Fast and friendly. Was able to knock out 3 of my submissions right away. He came back the next day to replace my kitchen faucet and scheduled bathtub replacement for the following Monday. Thank you so much.
