I called at 10am to report that my rusty dryer isn't working because the knob tends to come off. Having just moved into this apartment three days ago, I was already experiencing maintenance issues. I followed up at 2pm but was put on hold for five minutes without any response. Angelina informed me that someone visited last Saturday, but no one was home. I clarified that we only moved in last Saturday and I reported the issue this morning. It appeared she was not fully aware of the situation. I also mentioned I spoke with Jose earlier and that he should have called by now since it's almost 3pm. Additionally, everything should have been checked to ensure proper functioning before my move-in date on 9/26..plus the sink is already peeling off!

Leo made sure the things asked to be fixed is in excellent condition. Also I’d like to commend the lady who accepted my call and put into job order my request because it was quickly done. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Sofi Laguna Hills. Ericka was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our apartment tour. She took the time to show us the unit, answer all of our questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. We really appreciated her patience, kindness, and warm welcome. Thank you, Ericka, for making our experience such a positive one!

Arrogant staff who acts like you’re the worker and they are doing you a favor whenever you go to them to fix something. You get lucky with a response if it’s after their office hours even tho they sell you that they have a emergency line. African size roaches everywhere outside going up the walls sometimes getting inside the house if you leave a door or window open. I saw a rat climbing up my wall the other night. They always do a cheap and fast hack to fix your issue and you’ll be back in the same spot weeks later when it fails again. You can hear the ventilator of the other room all the way from your bed. No insulation on the walls i bet. The pools are old and cracked the plaster will cut you feet. Nasty neighbors will key your car or call a tow on you whenever but no one tells them anything when they do the same stuff. Rent increased every year but the apartments are falling apart rotten balcony’s I mean come take a look and don’t let them show you their one clean apartment for show. Also good luck getting parking on the street after 3 any day
