Lana was amazing from start to finish! She was on time for the apartment tour, has excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions. She truly went above and beyond to help me make the right decision. She was patient and helpful when walking me through the lease signing, renters insurance and first month’s payment. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. The apartment and complex are amazing. The property is clean, quiet and well-maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I’m really happy I decided to sign the lease and make this my new home after relocating for a new job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Lana and the Rutherford Management Team!

What their management team lacks the maintenance team makes up for. Specifically Marvin does a phenomenal job helping with repairs & managing the process of ordering parts on projects that aren’t a quick in & out process.

This has been an absolutely great experience. Lana has been a lifesaver throughout the entire process. She helped us find a beautiful, safe, and clean apartment in a wonderful area. Her business demeanor is incredible, she’s professional and warm, so thoughtful, and incredibly skilled at her job. She consistently went out of her way to make sure things were in order without me ever having to ask. It made the process so much smoother which was a huge relief. She’s totally on top of it! Not only is she such a great business woman, she’s just a lovely person. Working with her has been an absolute pleasure. This apartment is wonderful and so is she.

We recently rented at Ladera Apartments and Lana Valenzuela was our Leasing Agent. We had toured several properties in the Lafayette/Moraga area and began applications with a few. Our experience with Lana was superior to every other we had. She was not only personable and pleasant in each interaction, she went above and beyond to promptly get answers to our questions, move our application along swiftly, and provide timely updates. I have spent the last 25 years building global teams and Lana impressed me as someone who not only exceeds the current standards of customer service but raises the bar back to where it should be. She clearly takes pride in doing exceptional work and providing excellent customer experience; and it showed. Because of Lana’s stellar work-ethic and professionalism, we felt like valued clients which made Ladera the clear choice of where we wanted to rent. The property itself is updated with elegant finishes. The property feels safe and well kept. There's a pool and assigned parking and the units have spacious decks/patios and in-unit washers and dryers. Lana is a gem and Rutherford Management is very fortunate to have her representing them. That young woman is going places!
