  The maintenance team members I’ve met have always been so friendly and genuinely caring. I especially want to give a shoutout to Greg for going above and beyond with our AC issue. He worked incredibly hard over the course of a month to get it resolved, and his persistence really paid off! Since we have two AC units, they could have just removed the one that was having issues and closed it off, but having two ACs was actually one of the main reasons we chose this particular apartment. Our bedroom AC was so old that finding a replacement that would fit was really difficult, but Greg didn’t give up. He worked hard to find a solution and make sure we were happy, and we really appreciate all the time and effort he put into getting us a new AC! 5 stars specifically for Greg and the staff in general. The people in the leasing office are very friendly and I genuinely enjoy seeing them. The only complaint I have is the laundry room (at least the one we use in our building) could be better maintained. But I think that’s more on a third party company than the property themselves.

  I had an emergency with my shower not turning off and Greg came right away to fix it in this heat. The steam was heating my house up too T.T thank you!
