He’s a true expert and broke everything down so clearly when I was looking for a new home, which made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.   Do not rent from Mark kniffing or Jennifer kniffing owners of 1212 N first street El Cajon. They will keep your deposit when you move out and not give you a reason or a receipt.
