  Cheryle is great, she’s the kindest and most professional. I have visited friends here and may move here myself! My friends love it here. They knew coming in this property is under construction and amenities will not be ready yet but it’s coming! We took a peek at the pool area and it’s coming along great. Looks like the bad reviews on here are just people who aren’t use to apartment living. They need to be real w themselves. Volar is great!!!

  As a business owner, I hold a high standard for service and communication, and the team at Volar Apartments exceeded it at every step. Volar is a sister property of Elements in Irvine, where I previously lived, and the same level of professionalism carries over. From day one, Eloise and Jon guided me through the entire application process and utilities setup with efficiency and clarity. No wasted time, no confusion, just a well-run operation. It’s evident the office staff genuinely cares about their tenants and takes pride in the resident experience. On move-in day, I was welcomed by Cheryle, who had originally assisted me with my application at Elements. She had everything prepared before I arrived, and her communication throughout was clear, prompt, and professional. This is what a well-managed property looks like. Five stars for the team at Volar.

  THANK YOU TO ELOISE & CHERYLE :) Could not have asked for better leasing consultants to guide me through the application process at Volar! I feel extremely blessed to be living here now.. It worked out so well thanks to them. To anyone looking to move in, you’re in great hands with this team! Very excited to see our community grow.. There’s an uplifting vibe that you feel right when you walk in the building

  We signed up with Cheryl at Metropolis years ago and recently wanted to explore other options within the Garden Communities. We were lucky enough to have Cheryl take us on a tour of Volar. Although it had been years since we last worked with her, she remembered who we were and made us feel right at home. Cheryl is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped ensure we had the information needed to make the right decision. Volar is a beautiful community. While it's still a work in progress, it's already looking great, and Cheryl made the touring experience even better. Highly recommend!

  I would like to recognize Anthony, the Maintenance Manager, for his exceptional service and professionalism. Anthony consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are taken care of. He is incredibly organized, proactive, and stays on top of every detail, including coordinating with outside vendors and ensuring that projects are completed properly and efficiently. What stands out most is his positive attitude, good energy, and genuine desire to provide the best possible service. Anthony shared that one of his goals is to make people’s day better, and he absolutely accomplished that for me. His kindness, professionalism, and positive energy turned what could be a stressful situation into a very positive experience. It is rare to encounter someone who is not only highly competent but also really cares about helping others. I am incredibly grateful for all of his assistance and cannot thank him enough for his dedication, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. Volar is fortunate to have Anthony on their team.
