  I haven’t lived in Volar very long and I must say this has been the worse experience since the first month of moving. Every last one of the managers are absolutely horrible. They are extremely nice with you when you go on a tour of the units. The moment you move in they treat you horrible! No one listens to your complaints, no one is knowledgeable, and quite frankly they don’t even care. They are extremely incompetent! Please beware before considering moving here. It’s a nightmare. If you have other options please consider them as you will get absolutely no help here at this property. Do not I repeat do not rent here! Eloise and Cheryl will lie lie lie and tell you whatever you wanna hear just to rent the unit. Once you move in they treat you like trash and act like they are clueless about everything they promised on the tour. For one if you have an electric vehicle there is no charging once you move in. They will promise but lie! Second there’s a huge spider infestation! When you confront them they act clueless. Then please beware you will get flat tires. There’s nail debris ALL over the garage! Run don’t walk away from this property, you will regret it if you don’t.

  PLEASE STAY AWAY. Most reviews are done by people who only toured property. Eloise and others in leasing office are incompetent. All of employees are not truthful about the smallest to the largest issues. Loud noise all day from construction/tenants spiders infestation along with no where to charge your vehicle and no amenities (pool, gym, etc).

  Great place to live, very new and competitive prices. We felt really welcome by the office, especially Cheryle, who is a great host. It's a peace of mind having her at the office.

  I showed up unannounced (with no appointment) late afternoon to look at what was available in a 1 bedroom apartment. I was promptly greeted by a gentleman named Terry who offered me a water and brochure and referred me to Cheryle who was finishing with a client. She explained the property in detail, showed me several units and answered all of my questions with a smile. Although it was closing time she never rushed me or made me feel like she needed to end the consultation. A great first experience with Volar!

  I had an excellent experience working with Cheryle, the leasing agent. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was scheduling a tour, explaining lease details, or following up promptly, Cheryle consistently showed a high level of care and dedication. Great customer service can be hard to find, but Cheryle truly delivers. She made me feel valued as a prospective resident, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new place.
