  I just moved out a few months ago from sofi Irvine and was living here with my boyfriend for the last 5 years. I would say I had good and bad experience. The amenities are great and I liked the location. But there is one man in particular who lives here who made staying in this apartment very uncomfortable. He is very creepy and uncomfortable, he’s a short middle aged white man, with rounded stature. He wears shorts often and a baseball cap. He’s always walking outside and I’ve had creepy uncomfortable experiences with him. I’d rate this apartment complex low just for the kind of people like him who live here

  I am adding a new name of Sofi Irvine Team who was a 3rd Angel last Friday May 1, 2026. Jerry G. our maintenance man tried to clear my disposal pipes but the blockage was too far down to the second floor. Jerry returned to my apt. about 2 hours later to see if the pipes had cleared? Nobody but Jerry - in maintenance since 2017 when I moved in - has had the warmth and integrity to check on their repair! Jerry called an outside plumber who arrived shortly and fixed the disposal, he was so professional I gave him $20 tip. I was impressed with Jerry when he arrived about a year ago from an agency. I recruit CEOs and CFOs and found Jerry's character + skill set to be really good management material - I strongly recommend you make Jerry our next Maintenance Supervisor. Actually he is better than Ricardo was. Early in the morning of May 1, 2026 in a panic I called Seneca at the SoFi Irvine front desk, I have lived at 2710 Kelvin Avenue, Irvine, CA since 2017. My disposal was clogged with a foot of water in the sink!. Seneca is my true Angel: she went beyond the call of duty - as I am offsite today without email - she kindly submitted a work order for me - and made sure the maintenance team jumped on my crisis. I arrive back in my apt. and she took care of me royally, problem solved! The new team is a refreshingly warm and responsive - unlike the past two management teams - who did not care and were often abusive by sheer neglect of our maintenance requests. For the new team - glad you kept both Scott and Seneca aboard - they are mighty good eggs, as we say in business. Chas K.
