  I stayed in this apartment for 10 months. I never hung anything up on the walls, never painted anything, didn’t even have a pet. Kept the place clean, i was barely there. I moved out about a month ago and now i’m getting DEBT COLLECTORS calling me and my family members about alleged cleaning fees from sofi irvine? I’ve never had debt collectors call me before, i have perfect credit so i was very surprised. They said sofi mailed me the invoice to my new place, i never got anything. What a scam of a company. I never caused any issues but it was hell to live there. My upstairs neighbors were constantly fighting and nobody did anything about it and i just stayed patient until my move out date.

  Terrible place to live. Your water will be shut off at least once a month for “emergency repairs”, the elevator only works for half a year, and if you want an extra parking spot you will have to wait over 2 years to get it. I am counting down the days until the end of my lease.

  Terrible management, does not respond to the residents and promises a parking space on the contract but they do not provide it or make errors regarding it, giving you other tenant's parking spaces and do not fix the issue. Be aware before you sign the lease. You may be promised a parking space but there has not been one provided permanently since move in for months which means we end up having to park on the street which is far away from the apartment...which is not secured nor gated as advertised.

  The apartment grounds, especially the lawn areas, are constantly covered in dog poop. It is disgusting, unsanitary, which makes residents hesitant to walk around or let their children play there. It feels like management doesn't pay enough attention to enforcing the rules. Do not move here if you value a clean environment.
