  They haven't fixed Parking garage gate for more than 2 months now. Let everyone in i guess

  The parking garage gate has been broken for 6 months. It’s crazy that it’s taken this long to fix with how much rent costs. Right now anyone can come in the garage and building because the gate is stuck open. I don’t know why it’s been allowed to go on this long. Also whoever keeps hitting the gate needs to learn how to drive. We shouldn’t have to suffer because of your stupidity. I’ll take this review down once it’s finally fixed but at this point people should know.

  Great maintenance service by Ben F! Fixed the fridge and front door skybell! The maintenance staff has always been 10/10 for the past three years. Prompt and friendly service!

  Elements is the best! Me and my fiancée love living here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Everyone is so helpful, and the maintenance staff is the best. Ben and Jesus have been nothing but a pleasure to have in our home when we need them. Thank you to everyone that works at elements. We love living here!

  Elements used to offer complimentary EV charging as a part of your rent. As some of the EV chargers get damaged over time they decided to not provide this benefit and just converted them to guest parking instead of fixing or replacing the chargers. When I spoke with the leasing office they stated they were waiting for parts. This is completely unacceptable. This is yet another example of bait and switch marketing from elements and garden communities. This is just another example of shady behavior by the building. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your living needs.
