  Terrible living experience here—I strongly advise against staying or renting here! 1. Extremely noisy with horrible soundproofing: The room faces the street, and the traffic and roadside noise are unbearable. It's impossible to sleep at all. If you are a light sleeper, stay away. 2. Irresponsible and unhelpful staff: When I reported the noise issue and requested to switch to a quieter room, the staff was completely indifferent and told me that changing rooms would be treated as a breach of contract. They clearly don't care about their residents' basic living conditions or well-being, and they just shirk responsibility when problems arise. Think twice before renting or moving in here!

  Ben did a great job with helping with our clogged sink and bathtub. Incredibly friendly with us and also with our dogs

  Had to call maintenance for the shower drain. Benjamin was amazing and very informative. He showed us so many things we did not know about the apartment and tricks with light switches and vents! We appreciated it!

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here! The maintenance team is always responsive and does a great job whenever something needs to be fixed. I especially want to shout out Juan, he’s always so kind, professional, and helpful. He makes sure everything is taken care of properly and is always a pleasure to talk to. It’s really nice knowing there’s such a reliable maintenance team here!

  I moved into Elements a few weeks ago, and the entire process went so smoothly thanks to Mark! He gave us one of the most thorough apartment tours we had during our search and even went above and beyond to help us get into the exact apartment we wanted. Since moving in, he’s been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve had questions and has continued to check in to make sure everything is going well. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. Even though I know he’s busy, he always takes the time to help and never makes us feel like we’re an inconvenience. If your looking at Elements, I highly recommend working with him!
