  Since my first call to Don regarding vacancy at Pacific Breeze Townhomes, he and his team have been extremely helpful in assisting through the application, getting the place in perfect order for me to be able to move in, making sure they set up a temporary lockbox since my arrival was late at night and advising me on all the utilities etc. that needed to be set up. The place itself is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, is 5 minutes drive to the ocean, and has all major stores and restaurants within a quick driving distance. For a few items that needed fixing within the home, Jorge was extremely quick to come in and take care of those. Kudos again to Don and his team for making us feel welcome and making our transition to living here as smooth as possible!

  Great experience working with Don Fisher. Even though we only connected over the phone and didn’t end up renting, he was super friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He guided me through the property tour clearly and answered all my questions. Really appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude 👍

  The property is as advertised and very quiet. Don, the property manager, is available promptly and is extremely helpful with any issues tenants experience. Friendly neighbors and a great location.

What sets this place apart is the exceptional management by Don, the landlord. Don goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, addressing any concerns promptly and with genuine care. Their dedication to maintaining the property and fostering a sense of community is unmatched. I feel incredibly fortunate to live here, and I never take it for granted.
