  My wife and I love the neighborhood. It’s well maintained and clean. Sherri the Property Manager is wonderful to work with. When we first moved in to our unit it seemed that the water tank was not working correctly. We reported it to Sherri and with in the hour Lazaro (maintenance) was there to inspect it. They determined the tank was on its way out and had a plumper there shortly after to have it replaced. Sherri and Lazaro are very friendly and helpful which has made it a great experience living here.

  Very unique complex in an amazing part of HB. The Huntington Manor Apartments team was very helpful with the entire process and made sure that I was comfortable along the way. I want to give a special thanks to Sherry who made it a very pleasant transition, and one who is always there for assistance whenever stopping by her office for a chat! I would also like to thank Lazaro for making sure the property stays in its beautiful condition, and is always there to help with whatever is needed! Feels like home!!

  Great experience so far! Superb communication from the beginning on. I already felt at home even before moving in! The great communication with the management was one reason I wanted to move in, even thought there was no vacant apartment in the beginning. The management is extremely fast and responsive regarding every question you might have. Via email or phone. Sherry also did everything possible to get the perfect apartment for me and my dog. Before moving in, I even got a detailed explanation and update on the current renovation process. Since living here I can finally enjoy my current work from home situation. The complex is very clean and quiet. Also, maintenance is doing an outstanding job. Location is also perfect. Not too close to a main street. So you don't hear traffic noise at all. It only takes me 7min to the beach via car. Maybe 10 via bike. I love my new place and the price is pretty good too, compared to what you get at other apartment complexes in the area.

  I've been a resident here for almost 11 years now. I love it. I will live here until I purchase my first home. The buildings here is fairly unique in that they are like cottages. I love not have upstairs or downstairs neighbors. But the real reason I have been so happy is the manager the entire time I've been here has been the same person and she keeps the place looking great and is very responsive to any needs or requests we've ever had.
