I must say the manager, Esther, does a remarkable job of meeting the needs of the tenants here. She responds immediately to any problems, keeps us informed of any work to be done and shows outstanding concern for our individual issues. She is extremely efficient at what she does and is a huge asset to both the owners and the tenants. Hopefully (for our sake) the ownership appreciates her value and keeps her in place for a long while.

- CBColleen BrennanJan 19, 20191.0Never trust a realtor to move here! The park is run down and the realtors do not disclose to you that it floods here seriously very often! The park management does not disclose it either! You think you have found a good priced place to retire but so much is wrong here. Our house flooded and cost $30,000 in repairs 8 months after we moved there. Constant sewer back ups.
