- BDBarbara Dickenson2 days ago5.0Friday he checked my AC system & said it was working well, even though it takes all day to cool apartment down. This has been the first time I have used the AC in my apartment in the 3 years that I have been here. Said he will replace hall light on Monday. Yesterday, he replaced the hallway light fixture, that was burned out. I appreciate that he is always fast & efficient, & explains things to me as he goes about checking & repair things.

It was something more complex that they could handle so they brought in a portable air conditioner and referred it to a HVAC company. The HVAC company was able to come out earlier than initially promised and the management office kept us posted when they would arrive and how long the repairs would take.

They are the always presentable, courteous and complete the project or task in a timely manner. This is a large complex and only 2 men keeping this place up and running 24/7 . My husband and I have nothing but respect for them.
