  We had a great experience working with Mark Jaime, the property manager at Highland. Very easy person to interact with. Mark provided all the details that we requested including property tour, amenities and lease application in a prompt and timely manner. There was no pressure to sign or make payment. Very professional and courteous management at Highland. Thank you, Mark.

  Management is so disorganized that they never renewed our lease last year and, after finding this out and moving out, they're now saying we owe them money when we actually overpaid. UPDATE: We've been trying to contact management, but they've ignored our emails and calls. We provided proof based on the itemized move-out statement and from our banking records that a portion of our rent was not accounted for in their final statement. These documents show that we over-paid in our last month, and still they claim we have a balance left on our account. Instead of responding to our emails, they have left a generic answer on this review that does not properly or honestly address these concerns.

  Marck as an leasing agent, are the best, he is so careful with details, and real hard worker, the building like 50/50 but agents are so good
