Rude and condescending. On top of everything else, the management company needs to know that the leasing office is often locked in the afternoons and on weekends, even though it's supposed to be open. The staff are clearly inside; they just keep the doors closed

If you try to leave before your contract you will have to pay 2,000$ to terminate your lease. When we did the final inspection we had the apartment cleared and they charged us so much to clean and paint the apartment and we didn't get our deposit back. We had a packaged delivered to the apartment it went missing and when we brought it up to management we showed them proof but they said there was nothing they can do. They get you in the apartment with their "move-in specials", but afterwards they jack up the price and you're are stuck there where the neighborhood is unsafe and sketchy.

Everything is amazing, the staff are very nice people. I’ve been living here for 7 years, I was very pleased and happy but unfortunately they raised the rent to an unreasonable price for 2 beds and 2 baths.
