- CBCesar BautistaJul 10, 20261.0If you try to leave before your contract you will have to pay 2,000$ to terminate your lease. When we did the final inspection we had the apartment cleared and they charged us so much to clean and paint the apartment and we didn't get our deposit back. We had a packaged delivered to the apartment it went missing and when we brought it up to management we showed them proof but they said there was nothing they can do. They get you in the apartment with their "move-in specials", but afterwards they jack up the price and you're are stuck there where the neighborhood is unsafe and sketchy.
