  Floor is always dirty, mop water sits there for weeks creating a new life form inside the bucket, and even though the it’s 100 degrees outside they closed the pool area to the tenants. Pool area has no shade because the umbrella covers were taken, along with the pool side chairs. The only thing good about this community is the pool and they locked it down already without even taking in consideration the heat wave in California.

  Review for Manager Yazmin Rodriguez I’ve been living in this community for over two years, and I want to speak honestly about Manager Yazmin Rodriguez. I’ve seen her deal with more pressure, lies, and unnecessary drama than any manager should have to, and she still shows up every day keeping this place in order. People have been spreading false accusations about her — saying she’s doing parties or causing problems — and I can tell you straight up, none of that is true. These comments are just retaliation from the same people who smile at the staff during the day and then try to make her look bad online for no reason. Even with all the negativity thrown at her, Yazmin continues to handle everything with professionalism and strength. She deals with daily issues, resident conflicts, and constant complaints, yet she stays focused on keeping the community safe and organized. I’ve been here long enough to see the truth: she’s doing a great job, and she deserves recognition, not lies. Mobile Estates is better because of her.

  It sucks that the most disruptive and obnoxious member of this community happens to be the managers household.😭 I don’t mind ppl playing music but this girl plays obnoxiously loud music and way past quiet hours too. Friday to Sunday is always a party. People work/have responsibilities early and don’t want to be hearing this BS trying to sleep. As stated in other reviews as well she is really unprofessional. Would love to reach her supervisor @inspire communities.

  @inspire communities you guys are a joke, lots of reviews from other tenants complaining about Yazmine’s noise and nothing changes. It seems like site managers are exempt from following noise levels, pathetic.

  The people who say she’s never there are lying!!!! and they’re definitely acting like Karens. She always answers my calls. She helps me with my payments and any issues every single time. What she does in her own house is her business. Why are people bothered if she listens to music in her own home?People need to be nice and respectful. Calling someone’s music “trash music” is racist and insulting. You’re probably just mad because your house is a mess and you don’t follow the rules. You can always call and ask — she ALWAYS answers. She’s in the office for 10 hours, but she’s allowed to go to lunch, and of course that’s when everyone suddenly shows up.So stop trashing your own home and follow the rules. ATTN YOUR NEIGHBOR THIS PLACE IS CLEAN AND SECURE ! SO STOP LOOKING FOR DRAMA, THE PLACE HAS NEW GATE, NEW CAMERAS MORE SECURITY So not happy yet???
