The people who say she’s never there are lying!!!! and they’re definitely acting like Karens. She always answers my calls. She helps me with my payments and any issues every single time. What she does in her own house is her business. Why are people bothered if she listens to music in her own home?People need to be nice and respectful. Calling someone’s music “trash music” is racist and insulting. You’re probably just mad because your house is a mess and you don’t follow the rules. You can always call and ask — she ALWAYS answers. She’s in the office for 10 hours, but she’s allowed to go to lunch, and of course that’s when everyone suddenly shows up.So stop trashing your own home and follow the rules. ATTN YOUR NEIGHBOR THIS PLACE IS CLEAN AND SECURE ! SO STOP LOOKING FOR DRAMA, THE PLACE HAS NEW GATE, NEW CAMERAS MORE SECURITY So not happy yet???

My family has been through mobile homes time and time again. Yet, the experience we have had with this place recently has been truly despicable. We can never get hold of the woman running this place. Every night she keeps us up during quiet hours with her trashy music, I’m surprised no one has called the cops on her yet… but knowing her, I’d doubt she will ever fix herself. I feel like I haven’t been sleeping good since the new management. If you’re looking for professional, this is not the place to be…

For the past couple of months now I have had the absolute displeasure of living in these mobile homes. Ivette the manager thinks rules don’t apply to her apparently because during quiet hours she likes to blast music which is highly unprofessional since she is running the place. People should be able to live peacefully without such disruptions on a regular basis. If I truly could put 0 stars I would!

I’ve lived here for almost a decade and have gone through three different management teams during that time. I never had any issues with the previous two managers. If I needed assistance, there was always someone available in the office, and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, since the current manager took over, things have steadily gone downhill. She is rarely on-site, and when residents try to contact her by phone or visit the office, she is often unavailable. When my family and I have concerns, we frequently have to follow up multiple times before receiving any response.
Another concern is that she hired her father as the maintenance supervisor. He has been rude and unprofessional toward both my family and several of our neighbors, often raising his voice and accusing residents of “breaking rules” or being “disrespectful” without handling situations respectfully. In contrast, our previous maintenance manager was proactive, professional, and took pride in keeping the mobile home community clean and well-maintained.
Many residents have expressed similar frustrations regarding the lack of management presence, communication, and professionalism. At this point, I wish I knew who to contact to file a formal complaint about the manager’s performance. It is frustrating to pay rent every month, knowing that part of those funds support management services that are not being provided at an acceptable level.
I care about this community and would simply like to see management become more responsive, professional, and accountable to the residents they serve.
Also, shout out to the security man. He seems to be the only one doing his actual job. I hope he gets a raise or a promotion.

I’ve lived in mobile home parks my whole life, and honestly, Mobile Estates has been the best one so far. I feel good having my parents here — that kind of peace of mind is everything.
Having security on-site makes a huge difference too. It really does make me feel safe.
The security officer deserves real recognition. He’s strict — for sure — but in the best way. He takes his job seriously, keeps an eye on the community, and you can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s safety. Not many places have someone who puts that much heart into protecting the residents.
The manager, is also amazing and a big reason this place runs so well. She’s respectful, professional, and always on top of things. She treats people with kindness and fairness, and you can see how much she cares about the community. Whenever I get a letter, I see my parents fixing the issue and that’s it — simple.
If I had to point out one thing, I’d say the property could really use another maintenance guy. This place is pretty big for just one person handling all the repairs, The maintenance guy is friendly and a nice hard worker, use to be two guys not sure what happen to the other guy, but the place looks great anyway.
Overall, I’m happy here, and I’m grateful for the people who work hard every day to keep this place running the way it does.
