- LCLashawn CarpenterMar 23, 20265.0It's pretty quiet here rent is reasonable pet friendly people pretty much just go to work and come home pretty quiet over here, the apartments are next to the freeway so you do hear traffic Palm Street is pretty busy but I like hearing the traffic so it doesn't bother me. Lots of trees so that means lots of shade

I really hope Ownership reads this Review And I will definitely be Emailing the CEO Of Allen properties Oliver Nikpour. The acting manager Michelle who doesn't even live or manage those apartments wasn't very helpful and inconsiderate. If you are looking to rent an apartment here, I would think twice and then again, one apartment was infested with roaches.

The grounds are always kept up and management is amazing Linda is the main reason I picked this apartment complex over others, she’s an absolute rockstar. It’s very quiet and family oriented. The handle maintenance issues very quickly. I recommend people all the time.
