  We had such a wonderful experience working with Provest Realty while renting our new home! The entire process was incredibly smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. The company made everything simple to understand and navigate, which we truly appreciated. A huge thank you to Brook and Melanie for being absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! They were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and great with communication. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they always made sure we knew what to expect and what the next steps were. Finding and renting a new home can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Brook, Melanie, and the entire Provest Realty team made it such a positive experience for us. We are so grateful for all of their help in getting us into our new home and would absolutely recommend Provest Realty to anyone looking for a professional, helpful, and reliable property management company.   Decent. Had a terrible landlord though. Provest is very owner interest leaning. I expected more of a balanced and fair management system. But makes sense they wouldn’t be since the owners pay them. Only 1 person in the office I didn’t care much for. The others were pretty nice. I’ll just say if you are unfortunate enough to have a nightmare landlord don’t expect much support from Provest.

  Please give Melanie a raise ! I've never had a more quick and knowledgeable person help guide me through anything . She made the process so easy and communicated with us so we'll. Im truly greatful for her and everything she has done for us ! We've been approved and we could not have done it without her !! Amazing I love how easy the process was !! Well done all!!

  We currently rent through Provest and have been with them for over a year. They are so personable and professional; always ensuring their tenants are happy. I couldn’t recommend them more and feel grateful we get such a wonderful property management company who value their properties but more importantly their tenants. 10/10-you will not regret going through them!

  Family member applied you don’t get a live person to speak to application process is lengthy and my family members in the union makes much more times the rent monthly is in union so due to his contracts not being consistent on his pay stubs the name of the company only not employment history but he’s been employed over the requirements they refused to soeak to both of us felt the office ladies who take the calls were rude including Melanie the person who reviews applicants and unwilling to help kept directing us to the chat He also has 800 credit score that was the only listed issue. I even asked them for help on how we can get in he has 6 times the rent and good renter history. He probly makes more than most he qualified to buy a house but renting for a year fits our needs at this time the rudeness was a big turn off for us Here I’ll add to my complaint I did deal with you actually I called name is Katie Ellis Blake is the applicant so likewise it’s hard to address an issue without a live person aswell and all requirements were met no self employment or unique situation do u know what union is ?we were also the first applicants as we were told If I was a property manager I would avoid provest unless you want your potential renters to lose interest and you want extended vacancies and Melanie was poor on communication actually we waited for updates days you basically had to push her to review your application no communication unless u reached out no help on doing it online poor customer service and bad experience all the way around.
