  This apartment building is by far the nicest around. I toured dozens of complexes and buildings from Stockton to hercules and youbwont find a nicer place. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and courteous. The building is kept spotless by the maintenance people. Chris the service and maintenance tech is on his game and fixes any issues you may have quickly and proffesionally. Terrisha and Shyanne in the Leasing office did an excellent job on my initial tour and since have done a great job taking care of me since I got there. The entire staff is just excellent. The building is always locked up. You need a key card to get in, So you’re never gonna have unwanted guests or people wandering around checking your doors. The gym is surprisingly large with Equipment that is an excellent condition. I can’t say enough good about this place and the staff and I can’t recommend it highly enough..

  Lovely location first off ! Gym within the apartment complex which has more than enough for you to get a great workout in. The people that live here are amazing, food spots are amazing, wine room and game room with grill access, TOP TIER! This place is pretty pricey but worth it in my opinion. The only reason I went three stars is first off..the parking situation. My wife & I moved in together but they only offered us one parking pass, & the other we had to pay $100 a month for. 2nd the delivery system is kind of crazy. People often had packages stolen including myself. 3rd & what ultimately made us move out was the fact that someone was smoking in there apartment complex for MONTHS. No one did anything about it until we went down and made a complaint. With that complaint we notified them that it was creating an unlivable environment for us. The smell would be in our apartment as soon as we walked in from work like clockwork. Our lease was coming due and May so we asked if we could get out of our lease at the beginning of May instead of April. Front office said no, of course then pointed us to someone named Michael. When I tell you this guy ghosted us for two months, that is no exaggeration. Called his office multiple times, emailed him multiple times, never got a response. Too me, that is VERY poor management. At that point we noticed, all they care about is reviews and getting your money! Buy a home, these apartment complex’s do not care about you.

  Did self guided tour while in Hercules, needed help to find the unit and amenities. Aaron was super helpful with directions. Ended up not renting due lifestyle. Super great property and staff.
