- OAOmosefe AunaghiseJun 5, 20262.0I lived at this apartment for 15 months. At first, the apartment gave me a good impression. Brooke was very helpful and friendly, hence the extra star. However, after our stay, we sent several emails and made multiple calls regarding our final bill, and management refused to respond or rectify the issue. The apartment was average but needed upgrades, from the gym equipment to the home appliances. The hallway on the 4th-floor east entrance smells strongly of dog urine. They have tried to deep clean the carpet several times, but with no luck—it seems to make the smell worse. I also completely hated that my packages were always misplaced or scattered throughout the room near the parcel lockers. I had multiple packages stolen, and management’s solution was to install a keypad on the package room entrance while also posting the code right next to it, which made absolutely no sense. I honestly do feel like this place is overpriced and I would not recommend.
- KDK DJun 22, 20221.0DO NOT move here!! The owners are cheap and basically pay for NOTHING!! The tenant pays for parking, rental of facilities, cleaning fee upon move out (which does NOT include carpet, there’s a separate charge for that), paint, I mean EVERYTHING upon move out, even though it’s normal wear and tear!! They even charge a “move out fee” on your last utility bill!! The way these people are allowed to operate should be ILLEGAL!! Tenants may as well be the property owners. Not to mention, the dogs constantly poop and urinate EVERYWHERE, including the stairway, parking garage, and elevator! I will say that Pierre and Cody (the maintenance men) are very friendly and responsive! However, I would still encourage anyone to find somewhere else to live! At least one that provides at least one free parking stall. This place will find every reason to keep your deposit or ensure your refund is very minimal! RUUUUUUUUUUN, avoid the Aventine if AT ALL possible! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
