  From touring to move-in, our experience with Cadence has been amazing. My wife and I spent almost three months looking for the right apartment, and we finally chose Cadence. Jasmine was very nice and helpful throughout the touring and application process. She was always friendly and even helped us push back our move-in date to better fit our moving schedule, which we really appreciated. Myleene, the manager, also assisted us during move-in day and made everything go smoothly. The whole team has been professional and welcoming. The apartment is clean, and the location is very convenient, especially being close to the BART station.

  Jasmine in the front office is the goat. She is always looking out for the residents here on a personal yet professional level. She’s willing to go the extra mile and it shows that she genuinely cares about the residents here. She’s always been extremely helpful and attentive. I’m especially grateful to her.

  We visited this apartment community over the weekend to tour a unit, and unfortunately our experience with the woman in the leasing office was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, her attitude toward us felt unwelcoming and discriminatory. She was rude, showed very little interest in answering our questions, and made us feel as though she did not want us there. We came genuinely interested in learning more about the apartments, but the way we were treated completely changed our impression of the community. No prospective resident should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when simply asking about a place to live. Based on our experience, we would not consider living here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into how prospective residents are being treated by the leasing office.

  We’ve been really impressed with the changes at Cadence since Maithy took over as property manager. It genuinely feels like a completely different community—day and night. Maithy has been incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and consistent with follow-through. The communication from the management team has improved so much, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The maintenance team has also consistently been great and responsive! Overall, Cadence just feels more cared for, organized, and connected now. We really appreciate all the hard work Maithy and the team have put in to make Cadence a better place to live!

  Cadence Apartments, South Hayward keeps everything very clean and nice. The maintenance team does careful work throughout the community. Maithy is especially kind and helpful. The team really takes care of residents. I highly recommend this place.
