  I had an amazing experience touring Cadence Apartments with Jasmine, From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming and professional. She took the time out to answer all my questions and showed me some great amenities. She's also great at explaining the start to finish moving in process. Thank you Jasmine. You Rock.

  I’ve here for over a year, and new manager, Maithy, has been fantastic - friendly, helpful, and truly making a difference. Since she came aboard, I’ve already started noticing positive changes in the community. The staff is also wonderful - Jasmine, Jose, Nae and others are always friendly and ready to help whenever needed. I appreciate the effort the entire Cadence team puts into making this a great place to live. Thank you!

  I’ve lived at Cadence Apartments since the very beginning when the community first opened and overall, it has been a good place to live, with the understanding that no apartment living will be problem free. Over the last few years, Jasmine in the leasing office has been extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. She pays attention to detail and always follows through with what she has said she will do. Her welcoming demeanor along with remembering names and residents needs makes me feel like we are more than just a unit number. I have never gone into the office and had her ask what’s your name and what unit because she knows her residents. There has been so much turnover in the office and Jasmine has remained constant through all the chaos that happened. I’ve had the opportunity to watch her grow over the years, and it’s been impressive to see how she has become increasingly professional, knowledgeable, and confident in her role. I hope her dedication to residents and her willingness to go above and beyond through all the challenging changes has not gone unnoticed by management, and hope to see her step into a management role in the future. I also have to give a huge kudos to the maintenance team, Ricardo and Jose. There are not enough words to express how meaningful and impactful they both are to me and the Cadence community. Over the years, they have been a constant presence here; their professionalism and positive, can-do attitudes make a tremendous difference in day-to-day living. They are reliable, responsive, and always handle requests with care and respect—it’s clear they take pride in their work. The both of them have even helped me on occasions with things that they did not have to do, and it is greatly appreciated! I hope they never leave :-) If there’s one downside, it would be the continuous turnover in the office over the years. It has been the only real challenge and disheartening thing during my time here. However, in the past few months, the new team, Mighty and Prisha (ladies please excuse the spelling of your names), along with Jasmine has made noticeable and positive changes already. There’s a renewed sense of organization and care in the office, and it’s been encouraging to see. Also have to give one last recognition to Silvia, the cleaning person who keeps the place looking presentable. She is always kind as well, and constantly on the move. I’m hopeful this current team stays in place because the progress they’ve made is meaningful. With consistency in leadership, Cadence has the potential to be an even stronger community than it already is. Thank you all so much! Kindly, Ms. Wanda D.

  Toured recently and was really impressed with the agent Jasmine. I came in for a tour not expecting much, but left genuinely considering making Cadence my next home. The community is well-kept, modern, and the amenities are exactly what I was looking for. The leasing team was warm and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. Definitely one of the nicer apartments I’ve seen in the Hayward area literally 60 seconds from a bart station.

  I will be moving when my lease is up. Positives are my apartment is quiet and cute. They also quickly clean up dog waste that pet owners leave. (Thanks). Maintenance is great. The garage is highly secure and I've had no problems. The gym is top tier. With a yoga space. So that's a bonus. We also have free water all day from the gym. The building is pretty secure as well. Tenant who was extremely noisy above me was dealt with. Negatives: Been here almost one year and my account balance is still incorrect. Despite "move-in deal" I received three late notices -- which I again had to explain to management and they took me through too much bs as if I had done something and still never fixed the problem. Management is always defensive and acts as if you are a burden to the point you do not want to even deal with them. Horrible customer service. The courtyard smells like cat badly and people with patios in courtyard allowed to pile junk: eyesore.
