- NNNancy4 days ago5.0We’ve been really impressed with the changes at Cadence since Maithy took over as property manager. It genuinely feels like a completely different community—day and night. Maithy has been incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and consistent with follow-through. The communication from the management team has improved so much, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The maintenance team has also consistently been great and responsive! Overall, Cadence just feels more cared for, organized, and connected now. We really appreciate all the hard work Maithy and the team have put in to make Cadence a better place to live!
