  No la recomiendo . Habitaciones con plaga de hormigas , lejos de la universidad en una zona poco poblada y olvídate de que te devuelvan toda la fianza con cualquier excusa después de pagarles mucho dinero incluso por meses en los que no hay clases. Caro y malo.

  The Cove has been such a reassuring choice for our daughter. From day one, the leasing staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we understood exactly how the monthly installments and fees work. That level of transparency matters, and it made us feel confident about moving forward. Safety was a big priority for us, and the combination of after‑hours security and a gated community really put us at ease. Our daughter loves the housemates she was matched with and is genuinely excited to live here this year. We’re grateful for how smooth and supportive the entire process has been.

  Absolutely Abominable management and customer service, ignoring messages until you face them in the office. Then the manager will say they’ll look into it and then some other staff will call you about the same initial issue you talked about (regarding billing and backend problems). Conflicting information from staff regarding parking, move-in and move-out times. They just end up nodding and saying yes- the staff cannot be trusted. Parking situation is horrendous; expect to have two cars permanently double parked per house. Generally it’s pretty obvious that management is very incompetent and/or understaffed. Outwardly might appear like a nice upgrade in accommodations for a premium. That price should convey some peace of mind, but mind you, that, and a baseline level of respect and dignity isn’t something that purchasable especially here. I’de watch out about the other reviews. It’s questionable how genuine they are or if they’re farmed.

  Beautiful property, but be aware of their business practice! Despite offering discounts on their homepage, they did not offer contracts at the advertised price. The rumor has it that later, selectively they give discounts when people complain. We have not been the lucky ones. Also do not expect to have timely communication unless they have a legal interest. We have waited for weeks for answers and only got them after several reminders and showing up in person in the office. Mgmt refuses to get in personal contact contract partners. A real shame for such a beautiful property.

  Our house’s washer was broken since the first week we moved in, and was never fixed by staff even after several filed work orders, there were several weeks where the house would get swarmed with ants, our trash can slider broke, our A/C broke, part of the moulding on the stairs fell off because it was held on by two nails, and every member of the house was charged for missing keys at the end of our lease even though we all turned them in. Otherwise great place if you can afford it.
