  Marcela your professionalism is truly noted every time I contact you with a problem you always seem to have a solution to the problem,and if you can't resolve it you'll find a solution. Marcela when I leave you messages you respond in a timely manner. I feel like I can always depend on tower Bridge for theyre support as if it's going to be a great partnership.

  Tower Bridge Property Management manages the home that I currently live in in Sacramento. I recently had a major ordeal with my air conditioner, and they were on top of it! They coordinated schedules, repairs and follow up. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

  I’ve had Tower Bridge Property Management handling my East Sacramento rental for a couple of years now, and it’s been a great experience. They found an excellent tenant, handle repairs efficiently, and always communicate clearly about what’s being done and why. One thing I especially appreciate is the way they create incentives for tenants to take good care of the property. It feels like they’re looking out for everyone’s interests, not just collecting rent. I also just received a detailed property inspection report, which gave me even more confidence that they’re proactively caring for my investment while also being fair and responsive to the renter. As an owner, that kind of transparency and professionalism goes a long way.
