  Review Title: Completely ignored California legal deadlines – Avoid this company Rating: ⭐️ (1/5) Review: Be extremely careful if you rent from Tower Bridges Property Management Group. They completely ignored California Civil Code § 1950.5, which strictly requires landlords to return security deposits or provide an itemized deduction statement within 21 days of moving out. Instead, they provided nothing within the legal window and are now trying to send photos 90 days after my move-out date to justify withholding my money. Under California law, they forfeited their right to retain the deposit once that 21-day deadline passed. Trying to manufacture evidence months later is unprofessional and unlawful. Save yourself the legal headache and rent elsewhere. @Thomas.M

  I have worked with several property management companies over the years and I am highly impressed with the excellent communication of Tower Bridge. You can always reach them by phone, and they respond very quickly to emails. Their representatives are always courteous and eager to help with any questions or concerns I have. Their management fees are also very competitive.

  Marcela helped me thru the biggest crisis of my life. Finding & securing a home is highly stressful time for ppl and she made that process so effortlessly for me. She talked and walked me thru every step, responding so fast to all my messages, answering all my calls, and reassuring me the entire time. I felt at peace with signing my new lease. I couldn’t thank her enough for what she did for me and my babies. I wish all property managements were like her, she is truly irreplaceable because of the dedication and hard work she puts into her profession. I just want to send a tight hug and a thank you to her for making this entire process easy for me!

  Marcela and the crew at Tower Bridge PM made our whole experience with finding our rental incredibly smooth, fun and easy! We were honestly kind of blown away by the whole process. It has been awhile since we have had to hunt for a place to rent, and we found that most of the companies or individuals that we contacted for a tour, or to just apply were either unresponsive or made you jump through so many hoops that it felt uncomfortable. But very quickly after inquiring about checking out the house, we received a time and instructions on accessing the property, and our application was acknowledged and processed just as fast. One thing that was different, but actually really nice was that EVERYTHING, from the self guided tour, to the application process, to the signing of documents is done though email/text messages. We never once met with anyone, but that didn't make it seem less personal. Marcela was always great at communicating, and we felt well instructed and helped through every step. In less than a weeks time, we found, toured, applied for and were approved for the house, and even began moving in. We love our new place already, and we don't plan on leaving for quite sometime, but if/when we find ourselves needing to relocate somewhere else in Elm Grove or Sacramento, we will definitely be looking for a place managed by TBPM
