  I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel future tenants should be aware. Our apartment has been without hot water for 7 DAYS, and throughout this entire process we have repeatedly been told it would be fixed “soon” or by certain timelines that continuously passed without resolution. As of now, the issue is still not resolved. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability from management. Multiple emails and text messages have gone UNANSWERED, leaving tenants with no clear updates, no reliable repair timeline, and no real sense of urgency regarding a basic habitability issue. Going without hot water for this long is extremely disruptive to daily life, especially while still being expected to pay full rent. At the very least, tenants deserve transparency, consistent communication, and proactive updates when something this serious occurs. I understand maintenance issues can happen, but the way this situation has been handled — the repeated delays, broken timelines, and lack of response — has been incredibly disappointing!! I hope management takes this more seriously moving forward and improves communication and responsiveness for current and future residents.

  5.11.26 11 DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER!!! The entire building has been trying to contact you guys for days via - call, text, email, emergency hotline. NO repairs have been done, management is giving us no proper updates and have left us with a mess!!! MJW does not care for our concerns or experiences. Like Andrew said in his review, if I could give a 0 I would. I have lived at Wilson for 6 years; I have seen a noticeable DECLINE in how this building is being improved, prioritized and cared for, don’t believe the FAKE reviews. I moved in right when MJW originally “remodeled” the entire building and I have been dealing with consistent issues. City code violations, lack of concern for our safety, floors peeling, plumbing issues with literal human waste, poorly painted walkways and the list can go on. The LACK of communication, care of our safety and CHEAPNESS is definitely MJWs strong suit. I don’t know who Elias, Daniel,Angel, Anthony or Nidya are but magically all have lived here for years and LOVE the experience yet I’ve never bumped into them? MJW has left us without hot water for almost a week, with lack of urgency to fix it. Despite other tenants actively reaching out to management a month ago addressing that something was wrong with the water heater leaking. But don’t worry they did ask for a 7% rent increase and 9% last year.

  The new property manager, Chris, has been doing a great job! You can really see the positive changes around the community. Everything feels more organized, responsive, and well-maintained. Appreciate the effort!

  I’ve been living here for two years and have seen a noticeable improvement since the new property manager, Chris, took over. He’s very responsive, transparent, and quick to address any issues I’ve had. You can clearly see the difference in how well the property is maintained, and other neighbors have mentioned the same. Overall, a much better living experience.

  I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I’ve definitely seen a positive change recently. The new property manager, Chris, has done a great job improving the overall condition of the complex. He’s been responsive when it comes to taking care of issues in my apartment, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how clean and well-maintained the building is compared to before. It’s clear there’s more attention to detail and effort being put into the property now.
