  I applied to this apartment and after going through with all fees and calls with them and getting our stuff together willing to pay this month and next months rent . They just take your money and tell you they can’t help you . Don’t waste your time here .

  Great management team but if you're looking to reside on the first floor, just know you'll hear EVERYTHING that's going on the on the 2nd floor. My neighbor is literally walking around with steel boots or something. I can hear when they are opening their closet or using their bathroom UGH and their conversation. With rennovation and all, I wished there was something that could have been done with the thin ceiling.
