  Love this building… but many times losing packages… no cameras … I don’t feel safe … won’t have any packages on this address anymore … I lost 3k and no one want to take care that …. I think I’m gonna put hidden camera and make them so famous in Glendale … this is not good .. 4th 5th times losing packages right after post man putting that on mail box … so what’s the best answer for manager ? Guess .. be home when they bringing 😂… that answer is so professional . 😂… or when u ask why no cameras he saying but when u came this building there was no camera . Why we need put now? Because we keep Losing our packages so why I can’t think that can be manager ? Impossible? Then why he don’t want put camera ? Should I think whatever I want! ? Next time I’m gonna report on police … also I’m gonna put hidden camera to make them so famous…. This is not good .. and funny part is who ever stealing he or she knows that wort money … they don’t touching small packages or mails . Only when they knows that wort money ….. and why not to steal right? When u see no camera no one watching ….

  I lost package again … tracking number saying it was delivered and has picture on mail box .. after 30-40 mins I get home it’s gone …. Every time I’m saying to manager put a camera … he looking u like stupid and saying when u get here was no camera . Why we need out camera now 🤣… I think manager stealing our packages

  Rise up price $200 ??? And you notice this only one month before your contract… This is not about 200 .. this is exactly about what they do with you every year … Not good

  I don’t like the way they treat you …. They rise up payment over $200 on month … and this u notice only one month before your contract.. this is not good .. now they trying put you in bad situations when u don’t know u should leave or stay … Was 3500 for 3 bed … now they saying 3750 . And maybe next year they be want from you 4k . But if they goin make something batter for you or residents u can say that’s fine . But Buliding is old has many lil issues.. they don’t fix or change anything for you without asking … but they can rise up price like this .. this is not good And putting me in bad situations when I don’t know if I stay another year What surprises they be give me on next year with payments … my kids love this Buliding .. we would be stay but never in those prices … and this is another proof about they in your packet.. if it’s not why never price goin down even for 5$? I lost so many post packages no one care about .. even manager when I’m asking him Where is packages he saying he don’t know … I’m saying why we don’t have camera here ? He saying when u came there was camera ? This is manager answer to resident ….

  I’m Tired to tell them to keep it clean …. And later on when u finding cockroaches in Buliding or in your apartment. They starting tell u story about cockroaches flying, and coming to your house… this is what they always telling me lmao ..
