  I had a great experience living at Cypress Pointe Apartments! The community is well maintained, peaceful, and a comfortable place to call home. The apartment itself was spacious and enjoyable, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere of the property. The management and maintenance teams were helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and I always appreciated the effort put into keeping the community clean and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Cypress Pointe and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community. Thank you to the staff for making my experience a positive one!

  Been here a year! I’ve had a really great experience with this apartment community! The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they do a great job making the community feel welcoming. I really appreciate the effort they put into keeping everything clean and comfortable for residents. Definitely a place I would recommend!

  We have been living in this community for more than 3.5 years, and we recently moved from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment. Cressa made the entire transition seamless and stress-free. The fact that we’ve chosen to stay in the same community for this long speaks for itself. We really appreciate the safety and peace of mind that come with a gated community and security cameras. Each apartment has one designated parking space, along with plenty of open parking for a second car. The maintenance team is also outstanding. A huge shout-out to Frankie, the maintenance manager, and his entire team for always responding quickly and taking care of any issues efficiently. If you’re looking for a safe, well-maintained community where you can have peace of mind, this is definitely a great place to live in Gilroy!

  Cypress Pointe is I think rated #1 best place to rent an apartment!! The landlord is very friendly, and helpful. I feel very safe living here. One time my friend went to the office to come visit me, and she called me to let me know about my guests. Thats a very good landlord, keeping me safe. It could've been someone I didnt know. The complex is gated, and cameras keeing the residents and cars safe. Has 2 big laundry rooms, other apartments might have only one laundry room. A nice heated pool, hot tub. Beautiful landscaping, and very clean complex. Come check it out, it's worth it!!
