  We attended an event at the Streams hosted by the Apartment Life team there and thought it was so clever and fun!! They obviously are very intentional with their residents here. The property is so relaxing to walk around in and everyone seems so kind!

  I have lived at The Streams Apartment in Fullerton for 6 years, and I like my apartment but I am sick of the high turn around of Managers and their new rules!!! Too many homeless people around the complex that don't even live their. Too many car braking's, constant water shut offs and they still charge for water for the whole month even though water is shut off all day!!! Every week there is 1 to 2 days of water shut offs. They are strict with only a 5 plan pots allowed on your patio but don't tell you till they become available to walk the property for you to get a notice on your door for this petty thing. If you don't fix the problem they kick you out. Oh, let me tell you about rent increases, they are the worst, and then they don't tell you about the other monthly bill that comes from an outside vender called Yardi. That bill is usually about $150 to $220 a month that is added to your rent. I have lived in way to many apartments that don't give their tenants any issues, but this place is by far the worst!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone renting here.

  ⭐ 1 out of At first, I was happy to move in—the ducks and peaceful setting gave a good impression. But things quickly went downhill. A year into my lease, my apartment became infested with termites. I reported it multiple times, but nothing was truly resolved. I had to throw away all my new furniture because of the damage. There’s no security patrol, and my vehicle was broken into. The maintenance crew joyrides in golf carts instead of fixing things. Cabinets were falling apart, and overall maintenance was terrible. I was planning to renew for another year, but I couldn’t deal with the stress anymore. I decided to end my lease early. Do not recommend.
