  Overall, the environment is quite nice, and the residents in the neighborhood seem to have a good standard of living. Being close to the commercial district makes shopping very convenient. My current impression is that it is a safe, convenient, and clean area. Houses located near the N. Gilbert and Stern Goodman ends offer easy access, but they tend to be noisier due to noticeably louder road noise. Apart from that, everything else is pretty good.

  Hi, Thank you for following up. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I drove an hour and a half to tour the live/work unit, and from the moment I arrived, the leasing agent did not greet me with a smile or make me feel welcome. Early in the conversation, she asked whether there would be any water usage. When I said yes, she immediately told me I would not qualify for the unit. I responded that I had driven an hour and a half to get there and asked whether these types of questions should have been addressed before scheduling the tour. Additionally, I found it confusing that the unit is marketed as a live/work residence when the work area does not include a sink or a bathroom for clients to use upon arrival for appointments. As the first person representing your property, first impressions matter, and the interaction felt very rigid and uninviting throughout the entire tour. I actually liked the property itself, which made the experience even more disappointing. My suggestion would be to provide additional customer service training so your leasing agents are more welcoming, personable, and engaging with prospective residents. A warm, friendly attitude can make a significant difference in someone’s decision to lease.

  Despite the fantastic location and attractive price point, my wife and I had a surprisingly unprofessional experience here. We specifically booked a visit because the unit was listed as available online, and their AI messenger explicitly confirmed we could tour it. However, upon arrival, we were told the unit actually wasn't available to view. When we asked if we could see a unit with a similar layout instead, we were flatly denied. We then reasonably asked how we could be expected to sign a lease without knowing what the apartment looked like. The agent nonchalantly replied, "Some people do, some people don't." There was zero effort to find a solution, no offer to show photos, virtual tours, or even a basic floor plan. To make matters worse, the agent began asking unnecessary, intrusive personal questions which made an already stressful situation feel highly uncomfortable. The overall impression was that the staff simply had no interest in leasing their units. If this is how they handle scheduling and treat prospective residents, I would be very hesitant to see how they manage the building for actual tenants.

  Amerige Pointe has been the best apartment community I’ve lived in. The manager and staff are professional, caring, and do an amazing job keeping the property clean, beautiful, and safe. The maintenance team is incredibly fast, reliable, and always professional. I also love the warm community atmosphere. The staff makes residents feel welcome, and they host lovely seasonal events during Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other holidays. It’s also very pet-friendly, which makes the community even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Target, Albertsons, restaurants, and more. Great school district, friendly neighbors, and overall a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend Amerige Pointe to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community.

  Was visiting a friend who lives at Amerige and witnessed an incredibly rude interaction between my friend and the property manager when they came in to ask a question. The property manager was not only incredibly rude, but dismissive and seemed downright hostile for no reason. Originally gave just a star rating, but because property management went out of their way to respond to a star rating, I figured I’d update my review to share context. Based off what I witnessed, I would 100% never want to live in an apartment complex this expensive that treats residents in this manner.
