Amerige Pointe has been the best apartment community I’ve lived in. The manager and staff are professional, caring, and do an amazing job keeping the property clean, beautiful, and safe. The maintenance team is incredibly fast, reliable, and always professional.
I also love the warm community atmosphere. The staff makes residents feel welcome, and they host lovely seasonal events during Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other holidays. It’s also very pet-friendly, which makes the community even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Target, Albertsons, restaurants, and more. Great school district, friendly neighbors, and overall a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend Amerige Pointe to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community.

Was visiting a friend who lives at Amerige and witnessed an incredibly rude interaction between my friend and the property manager when they came in to ask a question. The property manager was not only incredibly rude, but dismissive and seemed downright hostile for no reason. Originally gave just a star rating, but because property management went out of their way to respond to a star rating, I figured I’d update my review to share context. Based off what I witnessed, I would 100% never want to live in an apartment complex this expensive that treats residents in this manner.
I’m a former resident. This place is ok but lots of roaches & too many inspections. It’s very hard to find parking & lots of extra large roaches! It’s too expensive & management is no good!! Also they blow the leaves every morning so if you work from home, you’ll have no quietness

⭐️ 1 Star – Discriminatory and Unprofessional Experience
I had an extremely upsetting experience with Amerige Point Apartments that I believe involved discrimination.
I was approved for the apartment, received a move-in checklist, and was instructed by email to bring a cashier’s check to complete the move-in. My boyfriend mistakenly brought a money order instead. When we arrived, the representative was cold, unwelcoming, and dismissive, and told us they could not accept it. That part was fine—we understood the policy.
We immediately went to the bank to get a proper cashier’s check. While at the bank, we called the office simply to ask who to make the check payable to. We were placed on hold, and then—suddenly and without explanation—our application was denied, despite already being approved and sent move-in instructions.
What made this especially concerning is that my boyfriend is African American, and after seeing him, the manager advised him to “look at other apartments,” stating that it was “company policy” and that they “reserve the right to choose who they allow on the property.”
If that were truly the case, it raises a serious question: Why approve us, send a move-in checklist, and request move-in funds—only to deny us at the last moment after meeting us in person?
Based on my experience, this was one of the most racist and discriminatory apartment complexes I have encountered in Orange County. The timing, tone, and behavior were unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply unsettling.
Because of the seriousness of this experience, we will be doing a special segment detailing what occurred, presented by Amazon Music, to bring awareness to how prospective tenants are treated here.
I strongly caution anyone considering this property to document everything and proceed carefully. No one should be treated this way—especially after being approved and financially prepared to move in.
Not Worth the Risk: Stay Away from Amerige Pointe Apartments
If you're considering Amerige Pointe Apartments as your next home, think again. This place is a disaster waiting to happen, and you don't want to risk your safety or sanity by living here.
The recurring theme in all the negative reviews about this place is the management, and for good reason. Carol, in particular, is utterly incompetent and seems to have no regard for residents' rights. Trying to communicate with her is an exercise in frustration, as she's completely unresponsive and unwilling to listen to residents' concerns.
As if dealing with the management wasn't bad enough, the facilities here are far from satisfactory. The noise from the pool is constant and unbearable, with no apparent effort made to manage it. Despite signs claiming no parties are allowed at the pool, it's a regular occurrence to find large groups of non-residents throwing unruly parties, disrupting the peace and quiet for everyone else. Additionally, the limited availability of the barbecue due to these impromptu gatherings further detracts from the overall experience.
In short, Amerige Pointe Apartments is not a suitable living environment for anyone, especially families. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a place to call home.
