  I wouldn't put an application if I have a section 8 voucher if I were you! Terrible company. They don't even follow the law. In California, property managers are prohibited from rejecting Housing Choice (Section 8) voucher holders based solely on their credit score. Under SB 267, if an applicant uses a government rent subsidy, property managers must allow them to provide alternative proof of their ability to pay rent (like bank statements or proof of income) and consider that evidence instead of credit history. This did not matter to them. I placed a $300 holding deposit down and it takes 4-6 WEEKS TO GET IT BACK! THEY DID NOT SHARE THAT WITH ME! IM HOMELESS AND HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE NEVER APPLIED! Approval cannot be contingent on a credit score BY LAW! and they still denied me and kept my deposit. Because of them my children and I had to sleep in my car because we have no money for a hotel room. Do not apply here if you have a section 8 voucher. They are discriminatory against voucher holders.

  These apartments are excellent! The place is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Everything is well maintained and the atmosphere makes you feel at home right away. The location is convenient and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to live.
