  Really happy with our experience here so far. The property is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the whole community has a very relaxed feel. We use the amenities a lot more than I expected we would. The pool area is great, the hot tubs are always nice, and the courts are such a plus if you have kids or teenagers. My son and his friends are constantly using the basketball and pickleball courts. The area itself is also a huge bonus. It’s quiet, there are great places to walk nearby, and being so close to Woodward Park is something we really appreciate. The staff has also been wonderful. Bert has been especially helpful and has always been easy to reach when we’ve needed something. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly and pleasant. Overall, it’s just a really comfortable place to live and we’ve been very happy here.

  Honestly, this has been one of the nicest communities we’ve lived in. It has a really calm, well-kept feel to it, and it never feels overly crowded or chaotic. What stands out most to me is how much there is to actually enjoy here. The outdoor spaces are great, the pool area is always clean, and having both basketball and pickleball courts has been a huge plus. My son and his friends use them all the time, which is honestly such a nice perk when you have a teenager. The location is another big reason we’ve been happy here. It’s easy to get outside and walk, whether you want to head toward Woodward Park or just walk through the surrounding neighborhoods. The whole area feels peaceful and relaxing. I also have to mention Bert because he has been amazing. He is always helpful, easy to talk to, and makes things feel taken care of. The staff in general has been very kind, and even the neighbors we’ve met have been welcoming. It just feels like a place that’s easy to settle into and enjoy.

  We have had such a great experience living here so far. Bert has been a huge help anytime we’ve needed anything, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities are honestly one of our favorite parts of living here. I have a 17-year-old son, and he and his friends love having the pickleball and basketball courts right here in the community. The pools are always beautiful and clean, the hot tubs are great, and the grills are super easy to use. It really feels like there’s something for everyone. I also love how peaceful and quiet the area is. There’s a walking trail that connects toward Woodward Park, along with beautiful, quiet neighborhoods surrounding the community that are perfect for going on walks. It’s such a relaxing area, and the neighbors have all been so friendly. Overall, we’ve been really happy here. Between the location, the amenities, the peaceful atmosphere, and how helpful the staff has been, it truly feels like a great place to call home.

  I always felt I was treated unfairly when they took my entire security deposit. It was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. Our place was spotless, and the walls were in perfect condition. I’d been warned they were strict about deposits, so I hired a professional cleaner to make sure everything was pristine. Despite this, they charged me for another professional cleaning, which was completely unnecessary, and then made up false claims to keep the rest of the deposit. When I challenged them, I was treated as though I had done something wrong. Recently, I received a check for just over $200 in the mail—nowhere near what I originally paid for the deposit. The check came because someone finally took legal action against them in a class-action lawsuit. I’m glad to see someone stood up for all the tenants who have been wronged in the past. Be cautious when dealing with this company if you're trying to get your security deposit back.
