It was a great experience overall, I have been here since 9 months and I have felt very calm relax and peace of mind, No disturbances.
The leasing office has always been very supportive and solved the issues with patience which is being appreciated.
I would love to continue living with Waterstone, but the rent is very high and I can not afford it.
Anyways, thank you all for giving me good memories here.
Love Susan

The roaches 🪳 on these apartments are insane in every building. The management doesn’t care. Even if you call they rarely pick up. But one thing I can assure you is that they are so active on late rent policies. They don’t clean the building hallways smell like pee and shit. They break into cars every now and then . When you complain to the management there cameras have not been working for years and don’t do anything to fix them. Last month power went out for almost 8 hours and it happened in 2 days back to back in the evening no notice no nothing… so please be careful.. The management people are so rude. There is only one guy called Avelino he is the only nice person over there. Others you will walk in into the office and they will just look at you as if you don’t exist.

⭐ Do not move in unless management and staff responsiveness aren't priorities for you.
After four years, here's what I've learned about this community:
Communication & Response: Multiple maintenance issues went unaddressed for five months, despite submitting requests via email, in-person visits, and written complaints. Management has not responded.
Security: Security requests submitted through the resident portal are marked closed without any action taken.
The Real Pattern: Management has changed three times in four years, yet the front desk staff remains unchanged—and so does their rude, unhelpful treatment of residents. I've observed this happen to every new resident: friendly service during move-in, then dismissal afterward. Even though I'm still on good terms with one staff member, it's clear this is a systemic failure, not individual behavior.
Move-In vs. After: Management is attentive and professional during the leasing process. After you move in, expect minimal responsiveness and professionalism—regardless of who's managing.
If you're looking for a community that backs up their promises with consistent service and accountability, this isn't it.
