  We lived here for 2 years and had following experiences: 1. 2 times car break ins due to lack of security. 2. Frequent midnight fire alarms with significant disstress on the family and my young baby. 3. Multiple inspections due to mangement change or ownership change 4. We could not use the pool due to hygene concerns as many people swim with cloths on, without swimming suits and shower. Management never botherd with that. 5. At the end we were overcharged with heavy cleaning fees losing the whole deposite and asked to pay more 6. A lot of guest and foreign people from outside were usiing the roof top pool and party room. 7. Homelesses are everywhere around the building and come into the building walking around breaking in to the storage rooms (tenants ring cameras captured them)

  Hi, I lived here for two years. This is a disgusting place to live. Zero star for THE BEACON APARTMENTS. This post is Especially for folks who are trying to sign the new lease with THE BEACON, please review this picture first before signing the lease. If you don’t want a homeless person taking a leak and taking a dump right by your patio, DO NOT lease any apartment or studio here. I encountered consistent homeless trespass, and homeless pee poo anywhere within the property at THE BEACON. My formal opinions. I want to help out the community who are falling for good reviews only here but I want to honestly show the reality and help out with my opinions and facts since I live here myself for two years.

  I had a great experience touring The Beacon today. Lizzy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me around the property, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and straightforward. Its clear that she genuinely cares about helping prospective residents and creating a welcoming experience. I really appreciated her time and professionalism, and she made a great impression, Thank you Lizzy!

  We’ve been living here for 1.5 years now. And there are handful good stuff to point, along with minor inconveniences (mentioned at a bottom) The good: 1. The new app that Beacon introduced has made all the communication, tracking and rent payment so much easier! All in one place now 2. Ever since Marlene joined the maintenance team, the work orders get fixed on the same day you place them! She’s super efficient and handy! What a Wonder Woman! Thank you so much Marlene!! 3. I love our apartment! And mostly cause we are in a corner unit that doesn’t have walls with neighbors, just the ones on top and it’s quiet (minus the “white noice” from the road and construction). It gets a lot of natural light during the day, amazing Mountain View sunrises. And so far there were no issues with appliances or apt fixtures. The bad: 1. There are frequent break ins to mail and package rooms. Unfortunately none of the beacon introduced solutions yield any permanent fix. Keeping track of packages and promptly picking up so far is the only way that minimizes unpleasantries. But if we are away, and package stays there waiting - that adds a lot of anxiety whether it’s stolen or not yet. The ugly: It’s mostly about homeless people that frequent the neighborhood and time to time trespass inside the community.
