  My brother & I moved in on June 13, 2026, and we’ve had a really positive experience so far! Alaia was incredibly patient with us as we had lots of questions while deciding which unit to rent, as well as many other questions along the way. Liz was also very helpful and friendly during our move-in process, which made everything much easier. We really appreciate how quickly maintenance responded to a non-urgent request. The property is very well-kept, from the corridors and courtyard to the garage and other common areas. We love our unit—it was very clean when we moved in, and we’re especially happy with all the new appliances. The only minor downside was that it took quite a while for the dog spa to open due to a leak. We understand that these things can happen, but we were looking forward to being able to use it. Overall, we’re very happy with our unit and our experience here so far!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Mariana. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Throughout the process, she was patient, responsive, and made everything so much easier than I expected. I’m very grateful for all of her assistance and really appreciate everything she has done.   Good experience with our building management office. The team is professional and responsive whenever I have a question or need assistance. Thank you to the maintenance team for all that they do to keep the property clean despite some tenants not caring about cleanliness and rules.

  For a luxury apartment complex, professionalism is usually expected. I don’t know how these people work at the leasing office with their nasty attitudes and bad mannerism. The woman with short hair and red lipstick and the one with short hair, tattoos and cap are extremely rude and think they own the place. I have friends and family who live at this complex and am extremely disappointed how their employees treat prospective residents. I would not recommend this place if you value respect and professionalism.
